We came here for our virgin camper camping trip. I indicated this to the koa and they were ultra attentive to us. We got the pulk through lot 36. Great lot. I like the luxury lot with the fire pit. Lots of groceries nearby too. Quiet. Good hookups. Clean amenities. We will be back. Loved it.
Perfect location for exploring the Smoky Mountains and sneaking away to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Nice location on the river. Minimal traffic noise, great staff. Wonderful playground for the kids, basketball, disc golf, pool. They are renovating the bath house- will be a 5 star campground once that's done.
Backs up to a beautiful clear water river. Popular trout fishing stream. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean campground and shower/restrooms. Just a short drive to the National Park from the CG. Even though it is a 30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this area is very laid back and calm in comparison. Lots for youngsters to do at the CG, playground, basketball hoops, swimming in season.
