Great place to stay to see Seattle! Clean facilities, 15 miles to downtown Seattle, and shopping. If you're looking for a place to sprawl out your patio furniture and have fire...this is not it. If you're looking for a nice place to stay while you visit the city of Seattle, this is perfect. Clean laundry facility, clean bathrooms & showers, close to restaurants and groceries. There are some shady looking characters that stay there longer term. They are mixed with the "over nighters" they probably should put them all together. Helpful staff that is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a fair place to stay.

Nice staff..clean rec room and facilities. Restrooms need some work but are clean.....It is close to Seattle and that's what we were looking for and got. The staff was excellent and even ran out to guide us into our spot after registering. The pull thru spots are ample sized for my 35 ft 5th wheel but be aware roads in park are narrow and turns are tight. I had to have long term resident move his truck to get out of space.

Got a motorhome from 2006 with a rebuilded propane tank and a new pressure test on the lanes but still “I got strict rules I’m sorry” so if your older than 10 years that place is nothing for you

| Close to Seattle but cramped

Paved parking lot with hookups. Tight spaces. We got stuck in an open area in front of the office so when stepping out of our trailer we were in the traffic area. They refused to give us the $30 back-in site because they claimed there was no room to park our truck next to our 19 foot trailer. So, we had to pay $40 + $6 tax for each night. We were pressed for time so I didn't argue. They've got a pool, spa and sauna but they close at 7:00 pm so we couldn't use them. After all, we were there to see Seattle. Restrooms and showers are clean and well kept.

| 0 stars, Forget this awful place!

Extremely unpleasant owner. Worst experience ever. Arrived « late » at 6:30 pm; have to self register for more than 65$ off season for a parking space not larger than a showersparking at Walmart. Because we arrived later than winter office hours, impossible to access laundry room, showers and washrooms! Even if the manager was there and we asked for the access codes. She said we could only use them after 10 am next Morning!would not recommence this place to anyone.

Friendly check in, $43 + tax per night, for a 30' travel trailer. Units are parked like a parking lot next to each other. I can barely get my truck in between my trailer and my neighbor. Same next door. Could be very nice if every other space were eliminated. Of course, this would cut the revenue in half.
