We found this park to be a nice place to stay. Friendly & helpful staff even helped us park. Concrete pads in one section with some shade. Bus stop in front of park. Facilities clean. 22 cable TV channels & good WiFi.
Convenient location close to downtown very quiet WiFi sucks friendly staff bathrooms/showers inconveniently located at one end of the site J & D 40' MH with tow vehicle

Park is easy on/ off, about 3 miles from I25. Small sites with double hookups, but they park everyone the same direction. You may need extra elec. Cord. Sites were gravel, level, some had a little shade. Friendly staff, well kept, no firering. Laundry was small, but clean & price was very resonable, $1.50 to wash & dry. Nice park for just visiting area attractions.
Park is right in town, so you don't have to go far for any of your needs. I was given a concrete back-in FHU site for my 42' 5th wheel. Site (T-22) is plenty big enough for the RV and to disconnect and park my truck. The laundry and bathroom are clean and up to date. The wi-fi is some of the fastest I've seen. The place is beautifully landscaped with picnic table, chairs and you can hang cloths if you desire to. Would use this park again for sure.
The sites were big enough for our motor home. Bathrooms were nice and laundry although small was clean. The people were nice and the park is friendly. Very popular place so make reservations
Nice park but no longer have cable TV. WIFI very poor.
WE PULLED IN HERE ON THURSDAY LATE PM. Owners met us and the fellow walked us to the site.. Helped back in, plugged in electric. Showers and rest room clean. Plenty of space between coaches with concrete pads. 50 amp power. About the only thing I saw was the water at first ran a little brown.. Soon cleared up. But we always run a pre filter. two of us with little dog
Park is clean and only for 55 and over. Small amount of grass but with level cement pads and gravel roads. Not a park you sit outside at night and no campfires. For a place to stay while seeing Santa Fe it's a good location. With Good Sam discount was $43.36 plus $6 a night for hotel tax.
Very small sites. Very busy street. Most sites not level. Rest rooms very old small showers. Not a good value.
Observed female owner yell at several customers. Was like nurse Ratchet in the movies regarding how she oversaw the RV park. Always felt like I was in detention. Was the most uncomfortable stay. Overpriced for what you got. VERY SMALL sites - barely large enough to park your rig, and put out a chair. Small/dirty shower area. washers smelled, so took my laundry elsewhere.
Pros: Great easy access location. Convenient to grocery, eaters, and Santa Fe plaza. Paved streets, level concrete pads., clean restrooms & showers. Friendly/helpful staff. Mature shade trees & landscape. Cons: Sites are tight. Cost no higher than others in the Santa Fe area, but they are all too high. We would stay here again.
The park was very clean and tidy. The shower house was great, good heat since it was cold when were there. Convenient as the bus line which takes you downtown stops in front of the park. Friendly staff, very helpful in recommending what to see and how to get there. The reason it's not a higher rating is security. There is no gate and each night there was a "police" car that came through the park stopping several times with its lights on.
Great location and friendly folks. A straight shot into the old parts of beautiful Santa Fe. On bus line and easily serviced by Uber. Shady spots for sitting, clean restrooms with nice showers, laundry, and pool. Perfect for our visit.

Very nice park. Just be careful to not get a site too close to the street (noise). WIFI was sketchy but everything else was really good.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe at this park. Shaded spots, large sites, many with grass. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favour and stop here rather than some dusty hot desert site.
