Quiet park in a good location

I stayed at Treetops for the first time just before Christmas 2016. There are pros and cons, but overall I thought it was pretty nice and will likely stay there again.
First the pros. It's in a great location. It's only a few minutes away from a major shopping/restaurant area, so it's easy to get to multiple places to eat or shop. Yet at the same time, the park is very quiet and feels more like a rural park, even though it's in the middle of a metropolitan area. The staff was also very friendly.
Most of the people there are residents, so there are not many overnighters. But the locals are friendly and everything felt very clean.
There are a lot of trees, which is both a pro and a con. The trees looks really nice and make it feel like a park, but the downside is I wasn't able to get any satellite reception (I have 2 different dishes on my roof, and neither one was able to get a signal).
The main negative thing I would say is the park is a little difficult to navigate in a large rig (I have a 45' motorhome). Unfortunately, I didn't arrive until after dark, and I would definitely recommend trying to arrive during daylight hours if you're going for the first time. The park is pretty dark at night, and with the trees can be difficult to navigate in the dark.
Overall, though, I recommend it to anyone staying in the Arlington area. It's close to all the major attractions in the area.

Best park in Arlington

I have stayed here off and on for several years. Treetops is well ran, clean and close to everything in the area. The laundry has all new machines and the pool is recently renovated. This park trumps the KOA nearby. It is heavily treed which makes you think you are In the country and not close to the Dallas Cowboy stadium.

Ok RV park

Older RV park with narrow roads and tree branches that need to be trimmed. Some sites are not too level. Pool closes early - 8:00 pm. Very quiet. Trees block satellite dishes in most sites. Adjacent area of park has large back-end sites.

Great park. Beautiful trees and landscaping. Quiet, serene. Wonderful staff. Little pricier than some but well worth the cost. We will definitely revisit in the future.

However could not use cable TV Kept getting message from time warner needed to buy an adapter for TV Never happened to us at other campgrounds w/ cable.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is superb. A LOT of trees, not good for a satellite. The proximity to eateries, groceries...etc is excellent.

I made reservations @ this park in Jan 2014 for June 2014. At the time, I was told there wasn't a cancellation fee if I cancelled 48 hrs before my arrival. I am now being charged $12.50 cancellation fee on 6/10/14. Not a good business practice.

Nice PA park in the middle of DFW Metroplex

Great staff; thanks Cathy. Our site needed just a little leveling and was full hook-up, plus a picnic table. Bathroom near office is ordinary, but there are nicer bathrooms in the middle of the property. We did not want to drive our C Class into the city, so instead we drove 25 mins to Westmoreland Train Station and parked for free in the carpark, without any problems. $5 day ticket into Dallas and good on train, bus and light rail. Could have parked at 6th Floor Museum Carpark for $8, but would have meant driving into city. Park is close to big shopping and lots of restaurants. Close to I20 but no motorway noise. Passport America discount made this park good value at $31.

Beautiful but Pricey

Gorgeous sites with lots of trees/shade. Only spent one night so thought it was pricey but rates may be lower for longer stays. Lots of residents (would be a great place to stay during winter months for the snowbirds). Finding office was confusing. Site was relatively level, full hookup & cable. Pull through not straight: you pull through one spot then curve left (or right) into your spot. Plenty of parking for additional vehicles.

Great Access to Dallas and Forth Worth

Averaged $51 / night with Passport America discount for W/E50/S/I. Would've been $64 without discount. This is a shady campground with paved paths and level gravel sites. Located in Arlington it is very convenient to visit sites in both Dallas and Fort Worth.
The only negative is that our neighbor who appeared to have several individuals living on site in a trailer long-term was very loud late at night even after midnight including use of profanity. One even cranked up his motorcycle at 6 AM every morning to leave for work which was very disturbing. Did not file a complaint with the office as I was concerned about retaliation while we were gone during the days. Should've done it as we pulled out but we were anxious to get on the road.
Nevertheless we would stay again.
