This was our very first experience so it's hard to compare. The park was quiet except for I-5 traffic noise. The bathroom, laundry and showers were clean. The pizza place next door was amazing and convenient. Wi-Fi wasn't available but not very stable...

| Narrow, but pretty

The spots are narrow, and long, and trucks can be parked alongside in their own spot. Lots of grass around the perimeter. Highway noise is a non issue in a 5th wheel or class A. The best pizza is a casual stroll to the entrance of the RV park. Would come again!

| Good overnight stop, noisy

Nicely done and well-located. Right off the freeway with Thai, bistro and pizza shops next door. Clean and fully paved. Slots are tightly packed with parking slot (for car) and picnic table jammed between units. Slots paved but off level. Odd water faucet but it works over-center it. Staff leaves at 5 religiously so you may never see them. No store. Good overnight spot but not a good residence given the round-the-clock I-5 noise.

Noisy from traffic off of I-5 but convenient though prIcey. Lots of cement and very little dog business areas. Across the street to a couple of small restaurants. (The Thai place is excellent!)

Found this place in desperation at the last moment while in Portland traffic. Even though spaces are tight for big rigs everything is do able. Spaces are all level and easy to level. Quiet park even though right off the freeway. Management was great and helpful. Very fortunate that they had a spot open at the last moment and were made to feel at home right away.
