Don't let the pictures fool you, the only grass or trees is for permanent sites. Overnight pull through gravel, nasty stay. Walmart would have been 100% better. Will not stay here again, no mater How bid we Re.

| Great for longer term stays if you work in the area. Not a 'resort'

This is a dependable park for longer term stays. It's not tailored to a few nights passing through or a resort vacation type of stay. It is owned and run by an older couple who have been in construction for years, and those are the people they cater to. There isn't a lot of fancy landscaping in place right now, that's true, but it is being worked on. The Wifi was abysmal when we showed up but it's been completely replaced and upgraded since. If you like to fish it's an excellent park right on the banks of the Delaware. There are plenty of food options just a few minutes away, and shopping for anything you might need. I don't know what people are talking about when they say 'no amenities'... every site has 30/50, water and sewer, and cable TV connections. They also offer propane, laundry and shower rooms on site. When they are overfilled, they allow 'boondocking' for a few dollars to just let people get off of the highways for a rest, but that's the only time there seem to be no amenities. If you're looking for a vacation resort quality place, no, this isn't it. However, it is a good, solid place to stay longer-term if you're working in the area (2 hour bus ride to Manhattan, btw). The owners are also some of the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful people ever.

| Not so good

We stayed at Tri-State recently. Very over priced, $38 to park in a field next to the interstate (lots of traffic noise all night long). Had water and 30 amp electric, no sewer or cable. The park is mostly long term residents.

We stay here 2 to 3 times a year as easy off and on to Interstate 84. Full hookups, pull thru, friendly staff.

| Lot of money for a flat muddy site

This is one of those places that I would rather stay at wLmart which is half a mile away then stay here. It has a lot of people who leave year round though it seems safe it's not worth it

| We stayed one night

By user-5852471... on 2019-08-09.

We stayed one night late in December on our way south. Mainly because it s open year-around and it was just off the highway. That being said, the road noise from the highway was very loud. When you re driving in, keep following the road to the end and you ll see a white house. That s the office around back of the white house. Check in was easy and quick, the owners were polite and helpful. The cost was very reasonable (cash discount available). I was shown to my site and helped get situated. The site was gravel and fairly level, FHU (50AMP), plus cable TV was fine. All said, I would stay again for 1 night, but not as a destination location.

Park was next to interstate so there was some noise. Beautiful green grass area on the river was in direct contrast with the park. Gravel sites and not well kept. Broken cinder block covered the open sewer hookup. Overpriced but it's all we could find.
