We stayed here after running out of our normal Port Aransas options about a year ago. The management was nice and the property clean. The location is near the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding center, which we thoroughly enjoy often. We also took a very nice bicycle ride from here through a wildlife management area on the intercoastal waterway. What we were not very wild about was the typical pack them in spacing for many RV resorts. We find this to be the case often in this area. We would stay here again.
