Very clean, lots of activities, the staff is friendly and eager to make you stay the best.

| Ok, not the best value.

The general upkeep was dated, work out room is small with equipment that didnt properly function. Campground is dog friendly with a small fenced lesh off area, although it was muddy due to lack of grass and heavy use. Shower house was clean although not a 10. Internet is listed as free the speed was very slow with numerous drops, for a fee upgraded internet is available. Basic cable is provided. Not a facility that I would stay at again, due to numerous other RV parks in the area.

So cute

| Close to Disney

This park is close to Disney (Magic Kingdom is about 3 miles) and right next to Old Town, Kissimmee. This is both good and bad, on Saturday night (7:00 pm) the traffic was HORRIBLE, it took us 20 minutes to go from I-4 to the right turn onto Holiday Trail (about 1/3 mile from the park front gate). It then took another 15 minutes to get to the front gate. It seems everyone decided to go to Old Town and could not get in to park, they were just sitting blocking the street until the car in front moved. About an hour after we got to our site at the CG the Public Address system at Old Town started. Our site was just about as far from OT as you could get but it was still loud. We had reserved a spot on the grass for a month, they put us in that site, it was mud with a layer of stone covering it. The person from the CG that was parking us pulled his golf cart through the site and was sinking into the mud, you can guess what a 33,000 class A would have done. They moved us to another spot that was paved. There are different sections to the park and the grass sites are NOT AN OPTION if it has been raining. The people in the site next to our first one told us that there was a class C with a trailer in that spot before us that just barely gotten out, then the park maintenance crew spread the gravel. I would think that if the park knew they had problems they should not have tried to park a class A in the spot. The wifi is terribly slow. The pool is very nice, they have a long list of activities and the people at the front desk are very nice. I rate the park at 3 stars, if you are careful what site you pick and have kids that want to go to Disney, and stay off the roads on the weekend, this is an acceptable park. If not stay away.

| Pleasant surprise

We camp here about 2 weeks ago. It was a cute well maintain park. I will tell you to avoid the 30/50amp back ins if you don't like dirt or gravel.. That's really the only downfall to those. Thankfully we have a huge outdoor mat so it wasn't an issue for us. But it's in close proximity to Disney world and only took us roughly 10-15 mins to get on property with traffic. They've got a lot to do for folks with kids there; crafts at the pool, snack bar (cheap food & drinks specials for mom and dad haha), kiddie pool, fenced in playground & put put.. Oh and they do nightly movies (they call them "dive" in movies because it's at the pool).. We'll definitely be making a return visit. And pets were free in the rv spots. Very pleased with everything! Hope this helps!

| Nice campground, close to Disney and attractions

We stayed at tropical palms for 4 days. I was a little hesitate at first by a few of the reviews but was plesently surprised. The ladies at the front desk where very friendly and glad we where there. They welcomed us and took us on their golf cart to show us around to find a site that would accommodate us. The premium sites are toward the front of the campground with paved pads and some sites have shade. We where lucky to have a large shade tree. The back of the campground are larger spaces but are grass which if it rained would be pretty muddy on some sites. We liked that this campground was not in a mobile home park. You where along side other campers. Yes some people had been there for 4 months but we'll kept and clean. Campground grounds are well kept. Pool is very nice they even have small kiddy pool with water feature. Neither pool is heated though. Nice playground. They have small workout room and golf. They do have fun activities on most weekends. Bathrooms where outdated but decent. Hot water and good shower pressure. Large laundry facilities needed to be updated and room repainted. We did notice some of the cabins exteriors needed to.be repainted and power washed... we don't know anything further regarding cabins. Nice place would for sure stay again.

Clean and pretty empty when we arrived, close to shops and Disney parks . Concrete pads overgrown and wifi useless , main focus seems to be selling and maintaining static park models . Staff just ok

| Not bad

First time in an RV park so I don't have much to compare to. I have a large Toter so it was a little tight but me managed. Check in staff was very friendly. Didn't use Wi Fi because it was pretty slow. Very close to some golf courses I love. Would consider staying there again with grandkids for a Disney vacation.

| STINKY septic lagoon!

By user-6475411... on 2018-06-27.

They have this large septic lagoon that stunk so bad you could barely stand to be outside. And the new dog park is tight next to it. Granted, they have RV spots that are far away from this lagoon but there are just as many a stones throw away. If you camp here ask to be far far away from the septic lagoon. Other then that, the place was clean. It was very pretty with grass and lots of trees. They claim to have lots of fun activities for kids but they only run on the weekends. The pool side restaurant isn't open everyday and is subject to change. When we were there it was closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The Wii fi really is useless! It's worse then dial-up. All said and done I would NOT stay there again.

Loved this campground. Great facilities and great staff. There is plenty of space between sites. Very close to stores and local attractions. Some people don't always pay attention to the speed limits but otherwise it was great.

We’re here on Disney Vacation with our four kids & dog. Reserved spot did not give us ample room to open our slides on our camper, but thank-goodness they have “emergency” spots on opposite side of the park that I like a lot better even tho they have no concrete pad, they offer more space! Pool is nice, but all bath houses are closed but one for renovation & of course they don’t tell you that until you get here. With 6 people, we use them a-lot! The location is great for people going to Disney & there’s lots to do right outside the place! I would love to stay here again & would love to see better prices! We paid $67 per night!

Well placed to visit amusement parks. The Campground is made up of small locations glued to each other. The toilets were not really clean or not functional. The garbage cans of the camp were overflowing. The place is still well laid out and offers several activities for $ 80 a night. (Translated from French)

| Very nice!!

We camped in a motorhome. Reserved and paid online. Arrived late. We were given all the information at the security hut and parking space better than advertised. Very well kept. Clean, modern restrooms and showers. Parking pads are paved and level. Couldn't ask for more from an RV park.

| Okay Resort but definitely just go to Disney.

Stopped here for one night on the way in to Disney. Stayed here years ago for quite the same reason which was because we did not have a reservation for Disney for our first night. It's been years since we were here. Apparently so long the price doubled. We were not even planning to hook up but I did want to dump the tanks. So, I got the cheapest pull through they have which had only water and electric- no sewer. $98!!!! Fair enough, I paid and headed to our site with a plan to stop at the dump station. Well, unfortunately the trees growing over their dump station hang so low that only a pop-up trailer can be pulled in without getting damaged by branches. They also have nothing more than a short rubber hose with no fitting on the end at the dump station so forget about flushing the tank while you dump tanks. And on a similar note, I found the same problem pulling out the next morning. I could not follow the normal expected route out and had to drive a against traffic on at least two occasions because the trees were far to low and would damage my coach.

Everything was perfect : pool, RV site, playground area, employees, property. I went there with my husband and my 2 kids (4-6). I will come back again for sure (it is our second visit there).

| Perfect spot near Disney

By user-5456593... on 2019-08-09.

There are some poor reviews on RV Parky for this site and I honestly don't see those issues from my experience. Good Sam discounts available. We did a grass back in site with standard hook-ups. Bathhouse was spotless and better than my home fixtures. Would stay here again !
