Sites are well spaced and wooded. Walk to a small lake for fishing or swimming or hiking the loop around it. Bathhouse is very clean. Camp host was lovely. Water is rusty from high mineral content so bring your own.
A hidden gem. The place is tucked away, but worth the drive. There's a sand beach on the lake for swimming. The lake itself is perfectly sized for kayaking. Campsites are well shaded and bathrooms/showers are spaced throughout. About half the sites are electric. Lots of trailheads in the area for hiking. Definitely worth it!
