I agree with the last few reviews. This little park didn't look like much from the highway, but it has everything you need. You self check in at the tiny old trailer. The surroundings are native vegetation and the rabbits were all around. It's well worth the visit and within walking distance of the city.

This is a decent park for the price. The bathrooms are clean, however I would suggest you bring your own soap because they don't have any. There is a communal kitchen and some board games. I'm not sure if it's always windy here but while we were here it was constantly blowing at 35 mph. The campsite is close to the train tracks but the sound of the train wasn't that loud and didn't bother us. Neither did the road noise. The campsite overall is very quiet.

So cute and quaint! I checked myself in late at night a day early after reserving a small 50 amp site without sewer online. I was lucky in that there was an available site since you can t reserve same day online. Nice and clean, cute sitting area, washer and dryer on honor system, and a fridge/kitchen area if you need it. The bathrooms were spotless and I so appreciate the owner not charging me for the extra night ...with so much greed in the world you just don t see that anymore! I will definitely be back to adorable Marfa and this special little RV park

| Overnight ok but watch electric

Pros Easy online reservation Big rig friendly Large lots Easy check in Cons Hard to see entrance Electric hookup has reversed ground Bathroom needed work Noise level from train TV and cell reception No thrills or frills. Overnight stay is fine but found it pricey for what you get. I've stayed in other like parks in Texas for less money. This park has low overhead considering there doesn't seem to be employees. Getting in was no problem but was hard to see the entrance. Check in is just a shack and you don't deal with anyone. It's more of an honor system thing. Pulling in with a 37 feet 5ther was no issue. Pull thru lots are huge. Use a surge protector though. My surge protector detected reverse negatives in lot 5. Bathroom was ok and not the cleanest. You are close to railway and state road 90 so noise is an issue until about 10pm but you still here truck traffic during the night. Don't expect TV or good cell reception either. Wifi was ok. My 2 big issues were the electric and price for what you get. I could overlook price if the electric worked correctly. Not sure if I'd stay again only because of electric. I'd give more stars too.

This quirky little RV park in Marfa was perfect for our needs. It had great hook ups, huge pull thru's and it was so quaint. The train going by didn't bother us at all. You self check in at a little vintage trailer. I wrote a check! I love little places like this. We would return if in the area for sure.

| Clean, basic, convenient

We stayed one night coming out of Big Bend NP. Easy self check in nice level site with all hook ups in back in site for $27. Bath rooms were clean but no soap, dryers or paper towels and looked under construction. Ladies side entry door wouldn't close. We chose a site next to the manager who smokes. Wife is allergic so a problem.
