Reviews for Turah RV Park

| Too many trees for big rigs

By user-5882730... on 2017-10-23.

We could not stay because of trees impeding into turning area to get in and out of sites and we are 13 ft tall and 45 ft long. Well rated by good sam...we just don't fit. Very long sites for those not so tall or long. Nice folks just not for us

This is a decent little park and reasonably priced. It's across a small river from the highway and railroad tracks so road and train noise are moderate but OK. Restrooms squeeky-clean with large shower stalls and modern fixtures. WiFi was down our first day but came back and worked pretty well. Lot of fishing in the area easily accessible. The "camp store" is much more than usual. Little bit of everything including fishing tackle. Decent selection of wines, beers, and sodas. Gas station on site.

Some trees make CG difficult for big rigs although a couple of sites are ok - IF you can get them. Not a good bet for big rigs imo

| Very average

Mostly long termers. Call ahead as only a few short term slots. Friendly residents. No cable, good wifi. Agree with other reviews except bathrooms just average. Trees bothersome only for largest rigs. Oh and RV parky directions leave you half mile short of the place.

Stayed one night. Good playground, well stocked store, easy walk to river, great wifi, fuel available onsite. Lots of residents though.....

Sweet park-just 26 spots. Older RVs look permanent. Pull through was level. BEAUTIFUL background, excellent water! Super clean laundry. Didn t check the showers. Quiet, distant road noise and a train. Loved this place!

Enjoyable stay. Clean showers, restrooms and laundry. Nice pet area. Well stocked store. Friendly and accommodating manager. I noticed trees had been trimmed to accommodate larger rigs better. They give a military discount! Thanks for supporting us Vets!

Its a small park that is located off the busy #I-90 which was quite quiet. The owner/hostess was very friendly and helpful. Had clean facilities, sites gravel but pretty level; most of the residents were permanent. An extra "thank you" to John who helped us with filling the air in one of our low tires; much appreciated!!

This is a small park with mostly summer residents. If you are able to get a spot in the main park you have full hookups. We where stuck in the over flow area right next to the dumpsters. No potable water or sewer only electricity. $5 to dump our tanks. Off leash dogs everywhere! It is very dog friendly if your dog is well socialized. The fishing may be ok if you want to fly fish. The river access is not that impressive. The store is decently stocked, no other options for food. If you have dietary restrictions come prepared. Showers are clean.
