I was given a pull-thru as requested and their was more than enough room for my 42' 5th wheel. I had FHU in the open and was able to use my dish. They have beautiful covered sites for the hotter weather if you want a covered site. Excellent wi-fi. Fruit trees are between sites and if the season is right, good pickings. I usually don't stay at KOA's but this is one of the nicest RV Parks I have stayed in, let alone a KOA. Showers and Laundry are clean and kept up. They even have a place that serves great food. Would definitely stay here again.

Great park, nice people. Noisy at night, but doable. Dog park is lovely if you have a big dog. I think they could easily designate a small area for smaller dogs.

| Nice Park

This is a huge park as others have said so we expected some noise. Did not expect to have to listen to 5 hours of nonstop, very loud music though. The park has a huge event center that they rent out. Saturday night was pure torture, we were directly across from the Event Center. The park has quiet time from 10pm to 7 am, the park security could not get the people to close up at 10 so the police were called at 11 pm to close the party down. If we had known about the party we could have requested a site further back in the park, away from the music, there were plenty of sites available. We even called park security and were told that it was just music. Wonderful

| Biggest Dog Park!

Wow - we were only here for one night but would definitely come back. Our dogs flipped over the HUGE dog park - with some grass & trees, which seems to be a rarity in RV parks. Super clean grounds - clever garbage set-up where the staff picks it up instead of you having to trudge around to dumpsters. Pool and laundry looked great but we didn't have time to use them. Friendly staff including Pam & Ted were super-helpful! Maybe next time we can stay longer and under the cool solar carport thingy?! Easy to get to off I-10 as well. Well done, y'all!

| GREAT PLACE

Stayed here for two months and enjoyed every minute. First class park. Beautiful heated pools, cafe, event building. Orange and grapefruit trees throughout the park free for the picking. Great cable and wifi. Convenient to Tucson and all the sites to visit. Little pricey but certainly a park that is far nicer than any other park in the area. Would certainly stay again if in the area.

This was our first time & a wonderful time great pools ,sites ,cafe/bar, showers, fitness room staff was great. You could wash your RV for $8.00 more what a deal. The food was good at the cafe/bar. The sites are big & level with patio & patio set. We will be back & we will give it a 5. We came for a night & stayed for 3. You can pick limes & grapefruit from you site free for the picking. This is just another plus . It is close to everything. Enjoyed our stay.

| Wonderful Park in a Great Town

This park is great!! It's huge, but well run and clean. It has everything you want or need, and at a very reasonable price. They pick up trash at the curb constantly. You can get washed and waxed onsite by third party vendors. The staff are most attentive. The only downside to the park is the lack of grass..(personal preference for an old dog with tender paws) A++

| Just not my kind of park...

By user-5515726... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2017-03-02 to 2017-03-05

I think I understand why most people like this park, as it has all the amenities and has great access to Tucson attractions. However, to me it was a typical huge, urban park. It felt like I was camping in a vast parking lot, as they have over 600 spots. Because of this, there was almost always RVs driving to and from their spots. It was just never quiet. Normally, I would have given them three stars... however, on our last evening in the park, they had some sort of gala in their event tent. They played the music very loud... you could hear it everywhere in the park! I called security (the front desk closes early) and they said it was loud and they would "see what they could do". Well, nothing happened and it lasted until 10:00 pm. This is not what expect from any park, but especially not a KOA at $81.00 per night!

| No Internet, no officr or security answered after 5pm

By user-5901529... on 2018-03-14.

Negatives: no Internet for days in entire park, no compensation. Phones not answered after 5, not even a message. 3/10 staff friendliness. Overpriced food Positive: hardtop patios, fresh fruit trees Positive:

We had a dog site with our own private yard for our fur babies. Large spots. Level would come again in a heartbeat.

| Still a very good campground

By user-5540868... on 2019-08-09.

Spent one night here in 2011, before that became a koa. It was great. We just spent 2 nights in september 2018... It's still great. Despite road background noise and trains horning far enought to forget it, it's really impressive rv park Welcoming is so sweet, prices are not over evaluated, pools and restrooms are clean Lot of amenities. Will choose it again next time

| EXCELLENT KOA!

By user-5927736... on 2019-08-09.

This park sets a high standard for all parks, especially the KOA brand. It is one of the nicest KOA's I have ever seen. The roads and sites are all concrete, very wide and big-rig friendly. Each site has an adjacent place for a car, even though the site are long enough to accomodate the car behind the rig. They have covered sites available that use solar panels to provide cover and generate energy. What a great concept! There are two pools and two hot tubs. Both are very nice and one has a playground beside the pool area. The facilities are pristine and the grounds are very clean. Curbside trash pickup is a plus. We arrived after hours and were very happy to be greeted at the gated entrance by 24-hour security. The location is really nice. It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping options and is right off the freeway, but we did not hear any road noise. It is also close to the airport, but we only heard the sound of planes mid-day, never in the late evenings. They are right next to an RV sales and repair service, which is very handy if you need something special for your RV.

One of the best campgrounds I've stayed at. Truly an example of what an RV "resort" should be! Lots of different site types to choose from, staff is super helpful and friendly, and the whole place is just clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back again.

Quiet, clean, friendly, level. Large dog park and a couple smaller ones throughout park. Our site had small hedge for some privacy and grassy area with patio. Plenty of room between sites. Restaurant on site. We stayed with 45' motorhome/ tow. Will stay again when in area. We did not use the showers, laundry, pool or pickle ball but they all look to be very nice.

| Muddy wet gross dog park. FIX IT!

By user-5851604... on 2019-08-09.

So as wonderful as this place is, and it is, I can only give it 2 stars at best because they have a large and wonderful dog park area that they allow the pool water to drain into every day. So when you take you dog there, it is at a minimum muddy and at worst is flooded in several areas and occasionally completely flooded. Now there is a pond near the dog park... why don t they divert the pool water there or block the drainage into the dog area so the water has to continue down into the street all the way. Come on. This RV Park is so well thought out but this! It really really stinks and makes it hard in many ways for dog owners. It really ruins an RV ers day to have a wet and muddy dog to take home into such a tiny space. They do have dog washes but I don t want to wash my dog twice a day after I ve taken him to the park. It s ridiculous and easy to fix. Block the drainage area.

| Not a Resort by Far

By user-5872684... on 2019-08-09.

Pro's - spacious sites, good restaurant/bar on property, close to shopping, free citrus, many activities, good garbage pick-up, close to interstate, borders lazy days RV repair. Con's - noisy (aircraft/vehicle traffic), constant dogs barking, dumpy/unkept sites (full timers), small children running all over, internet not the best, park rules not enforced. $$$$

By user-6353771... on 2019-08-09.

Nice lots. WiFi, $$$$$

| Good full service large resort park

By user-5864483... on 2019-08-09.

Large, full service park. Lots of long term folks in BIG CLASS A, with all the toys. Full service, they pick up recycling and garbage from the curb in front of your unit. You can get almost any service done in the park to your rig. If you do not like large, well occupied parks, this is not for you. Because of the size, there is always something happening. You will hear normal Tucson noises, including the air force folks turning fuel into noise, commercial air traffic, trains. Centrally located, so you can be downtown, Sabino Canyon, etc., from one location. Good for short stopover, and the abundance of long term residents shows the popularity of the location. You can pay for all sorts of upgrades, including your own private dog park, etc.

This is a nice looking and large park. Check-in was quick, and the staff was polite. There is a barbecue restaurant on site that stayed pretty busy. There are covered sites but it is solar panels so it is not complete coverage. There is a stretch of grass and a citrus tree between sites. The sites are close together but not right on top of each other. Our site was surprisingly very unlevel mostly side to side but also different in the front and back. We were afraid of torquing the frame so we settled with mostly level. The gravel just needs to be graded which should be done after each RV leaves. Our site was long enough for the car and motorhome but there was also a paved spot next to the motorhome for the car. You are allowed to pick fruit which was in season when we were there so we helped ourselves to grapefruits, oranges and lemons. The WII FI, which was tengointernet, worked good for once. Directv satellite worked fine in our site but they also have cable. You will hear trains, planes and automobiles. The park is not in the best part of town but they have a gate and concertina wire. We were only there for one night so didn t use any of the amenities.

| VERY NICE PARK

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-03-26 to 2019-03-29

Nice, good sized, pull through site. Lemon trees abound and you can pick all you want. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Great bathrooms and showers. More than we would normally spend for a night, but we have been told by many travelers in our trip that we have to stay here.

| Very nice

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.

Very nice park, paied $ 38 for one night with 30ft RV, very friendly staff, nice pool, restaurant, every site has nice seating possibilities with table and chairs, some sites have private fenced in area for the dog, fire place, pergola etc. Grapefruit and Lemon trees everywhere. Nice place to stay longer or do vacation.
