Love this place . First time here. The site has clean bathrooms and the spots are wide enough to give you privacy . We stayed two days in our travel trailer and will be back soon for a longer stay. The scenery is so beautiful. The mountains and night sky are stunning. We watched the sun set over the moutains and saw the milky way clearly . I recommend Tuttle Creek . Check it out!.

Situated just above Alabama Hills in the shadow of Mt Whitney, we dry camped here for 4 days in our motorhome. Access even for big rigs is pretty good. Access road is paved, but camp ground roads & sites are packed dirt. No hookups, but very clean pit toilets. Good size sites, although some are not very level. But many sites were available to choose from. Limited shade. And always windy. But hard to beat the price. $2.50/night with national park pass. We loved the many hiking options in the area and 3 of CA's toughest paved road bike rides are nearby.
