We have been living at Twin Magnolia for 3 months while working in Aiken. Carl rents out lots by the month and keeps the area up nicely. Most of our neighbor's RVs are newer and well-kept and everyone has been very friendly. No frills but it's what you would expect from a full-time park vs a weekend getaway campground.
