My and I came to Mesa and stayed at the Twin Palms Park for Spring Training. Only about 15 minutes to many great attractions. Great small park with only 15 spots. The staff was very friendly and helped us into our spot. The park was fairly quit with some road noise. Clean bathroom and shower. Also right across the street from Camping World and many other RV Dealers. Great if you need supplies or service. Will stay there again.
Small clean well maintained and a great price, what more could ask for. Stayed for two weeks while visiting family. We will stay here again. 40 foot motorhome.
A very nice 15 spot park behind Steve's Motorcycles. The shop actually provides a little pad from the busy Main Street. It is directly across from Camping World. There is a gate out the back with a couple steps to a wonderful walking bath along the Consolidated Canal. A neighbor fished in the canal and caught a 24 pound Carp! The outside spaces are quite wide, but the middle spaces are somewhat narrow. The larger spaces available with advance reservations and longer stays. All have concrete patio. Drive around is asphalt with pea gravel elsewhere. Bathrooms are super nice and clean, but one person at a time. Laundry is also clean and quite adequate. We had a wonderful stay at Twin Palms RV Park for two months and will come back. Steve is a great owner who takes very good care of the park and all of us! Paul and Glenna are wonderful managers who care about the people and are there for our needs. Brian works in the shop and is very friendly and keeps the drive clear for the RV tenants to pass. The park is clean and only has some road noise from Main Street. Of course there is a motorcycle rev every once in a while, but who doesn't love that! The price was very reasonable and the facilities were beautiful. It is a small park, so we all became friends. We even had a BBQ together.
This park has 17 RV sites, 4 of which are pull throughs. The owner,Steve, has developed a pretty nice park behind his motorcycle repair business. That means one has to look carefully to spot the entry even though there are signs. Spaces are basically gravel with small concrete pads as patios. Several of the units here seem to be longer term as in weekly and/or monthly. There is a lean laundry roomy (needs quarters). Also the men’s and women’s restrooms are well equipped and clean. Codes are provided for the door locks. There is good WIFI Some spaces even have cable tv - ours did not, but we did not miss it. Driveways are generally wide enough and asphalted in great condition. Sleep quality was good. The park is near to numerous restaurants, grocer and other stores, and Camping World is tight across the street. Contact Steve about pricing. We would consider returning if coming back to Mesa.
The people here are great. Definitely a place we would stay in the future if we come back this way.
I just called it s 575 a month plus electric unit is Wi-Fi only Cox is the cable provider. They will not let you hook up a cable modem to get your own Internet. So in my opinion it just sucks and it s high. And I don t have anything available till end of May 2019. It is all a just park though.
The owner/manager is very nice and the place is very well-kept. Nice central location as well. Although the spaces are decently roomy, the path between them is narrow so getting in and out can be pretty tricky even for a smalish setup. There's some noise from the motorcycle repair place in front, but it's quiet at night. The water is extremely hard. Hard enough that it fused my pressure regulator to my hose.
