Beautiful campground and great location to attractions and shopping. Will definitely return!
This unadvertised special was a pleasant surprise when I pulled in spontaneously for the weekend. Their normal rate is $65, but their incentive must have been due to low occupancy because of the the extremely wet first half of March this year (2015). This CG has less than 100 sites on both sides of a wide paved road, with pull-ins on the river and back-ins across from it, making for a beautiful view of the French Broad River for all. The sites are 98% level and paved, as well. There are well-groomed shrubs between spacious sites, a patch of grass, a tree, and a freshly painted picnic table for each. All utilities seem to be maintained and in working order. The clubhouse is welcoming and the laundry room is immaculate with five machines of each @ $2.25 for the washers, and $1.50 for the dryers, both of which work exceptionally well. The dumpster area is clean and is well camouflaged in a dwelling at the other end of the park. While there are several specialty outlet stores within walking distance, grocery and sundries are not (pedestrian) convenient. Dogs are welcomed and although they must remain leashed while in the park, there is a freshly mowed field to the right that is perfect to play fetch in and an unkempt field to the left, which was good for a walk along the river but prime territory for snakes without being bush hogged. (Eek!) This is an upscale, beautiful, and convenient little park and probably stays full of nicer MH's because of the higher rates during the peak season, so reservations are advisable...I just got lucky.

The only reason this did not get 5 stars Is they don't allow fires. (What!! Camping without a fire?) and no camp store. Otherwise, lovely site. Clean, easy in and out, concrete pads and great view if you get a river site. Close to shopping and Gatlinburg. Will come here again but REALLY want a fire pit!!
Very nice campground! Quite with beautiful views. On our fourth visit and we will come back.
This is a well-manicured, upscale park. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The sites are level concrete 60' pads. Although they are close together, the landscaping gives a sense of privacy. One row is along the river and the other row looks out on a grassy field. The laundry and restroom facilities were immaculate. We paid $55 with the Good Sam discount. I would definitely recommend this park. I'm not sure why the one reviewer only gave one star and no comment. I noticed this same ID number did the same thing with several RV parks in this area. . .

This is a really nice RV resort. Out of the noise and crowd of the Pigeon Forge strip but close enough to be anywhere within a few minutes. Couldn't ask for better facilities. We enjoyed a large fireworks display from our site. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be our first choice next trip.

Easy access off I-40 , beautiful sites all along River-close enough to everything, but peaceful quiet Clean park with nice concrete level full hook up padswe will be back!!
Very nice park, clean and well thought out. Orderly. Nice river running by the park. Great area, lots to do and see. Had some ants sneaking in on our sight bit overall nice park
Would have been 5 stars except for price and noisie workers. Really clean facilities but too many rules. It is not a campground but a resort.
