Been to a lot of parks in the US and this is in the top 10 of parks. The owners are very nice and it shows how much work they have put in this park. Everything is clean and new looking. The sites are FHU concrete pull-thru's & back-ins with great wi-fi and cable tv. The park is beautifully landscaped with a hiking trail and pond to fish from. Roads in the park are black top and there is plenty of shade trees. Received a discount for being a Vet. The park is really close to town for any supplies you might need. 55+ park. I will stay here again for sure when in the area again.
To add to my previous review, the Wi-Fi here is the best we've ever had in any campground, at all times of the day. And it's so quiet. So lovely we've extended our stay.
Immaculate, quiet, great location, over 55 park.
This is an outstanding park hid in the small town of Olathe, CO. We planned to stay for 4 days and we stayed for 2 weeks since it was such an amazing park. Concrete pads and patios. Roads are asphalt. The tall shade trees are wonderful. The owners Mark and Michelle are so helpful and they are doing a great job improving this park. It's only 9 miles from Montrose and easy traveling distance to the Black Canyon. Wi-Fi is great. We'll stay here again when we're in the area.
This campground is beautiful. Expected some trailers, etc., but was surprised to find a shady, grassy campground with long pull-thrus on concrete pads. They had happy hour outside the clubhouse and invited us to join. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Several full-timers were there for the summer, all with immaculate sites. The owners obviously care a lot about this park and work hard to keep it beautiful. Wish we could stay longer than the 2 nights we have. Highly recommend.
Lovely rv park, quiet, beautifully maintained
What a great place with great owners! We just loved staying there, used it as our base for Black Canyon, Montrose, and our first forays to Ouray. Everything is maintained immaculately. Great attention to details, like the showers don't have the cheap shower curtains, but nicer ones that can be washed--and are. Beautiful shade tress, some nice walking areas. Spacious sites. Quiet. Pretty decent wifi and a good Verizon signal.
