Nice, quiet shaded park . Down the street from the city square and across the street from a great bar and grill. Restrooms on site. Full service sites.
Nice park, but by no means quiet. The trains are close and are blowing their whistles especially early morning hours.
We spent 3 nights at UpDog. Steve is the guy that makes this out of the way place happen! There are wild geese, squirrels and more in this true park setting. The pond out back has frogs and turtles which makes this place Pleasant. Yes, there are trains that run by like clockwork but if you want to be left alone this is the place. We will go out of our way to stay at Up Dog RV Park again. Please see pic of our site with tan and white van and decided for yourself!
