While their creek side sites are shady and spacious, their pull throughs are anything but. I'm sitting at the outdoor table of PT#6, and its so relaxing to have all the other guests, their pets, and their trucks pass within 5' of me and stare at me. Avoid the pull throughs, and it's great.

We stayed for three nights in spot 14. I can't stress the quietness and space at this park. The owners are very nice and the park is low-key and calm. Our site has lots of space behind & beside it for our kids to play. Not to mention, the concrete pad is really nice to for us to hang out. The park has a community feel. In fact, we were gone to Dollywood one of the days. During our time out there was a heavy thunderstorm. We worried the whole time that our awning had collapsed, as we didn't think we left it at a good enough angle. When we came back to the trailer, someone had lowered our awning for us, saving us from damage & protecting the items under it. We totally recommend this park. We are coming back for Thanksgiving. Hope to see you there! -SC Campers

Great property, loved being away from main roads. Very clean and well maintained camping spots. We will return!

I'm almost afraid to tell people how great this place is for fear they will be constantly be booked. Stayed one night in lot 9 and wished we could have stayed longer, lots were spaced nicely apart. We will definitely be back. This is our go to place in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area!

This is a gem of a capmground. Our favorite in the area. Not far from pigeon forge but enough to get away from the crowd of town. Sites are spaced well an the owner was friendly. No bathhouse or playground so 4stars

In all our travels around the country we haven't found an RV park this good. Very nice staff, clean and quite. We had enough trees around that it felt private even when others were close.

KUDOS Up the Creek RV Park! We met Texas friends on their first RV trip at this campground and we were rewarded with a full week of peace and tranquility. The campground was everything we could have hoped for and away from the congestion of the Pigeon Forge area. The wooded semi private sites were spacious and included large concrete patios. Both cable and wi-fi worked perfectly even when the campground was full. Water and electric hookups worked well. All of my conversations/dealings were with Rebecca and she was very friendly as well as helpful. If only there were more campgrounds like Up the Creek - one can wish, can't they? We were on sites #29 & #30 which back up to Walden Creek. If you can, request a Creekside site! If you're looking for a quiet and beautiful campground but prefer it to be small and quaint, you'd be hard pressed to find one better than Up the Creek RV Park. One final note: the Fall decorations at the entrance to the campground were gorgeous and I can only imagine what Christmas looks like.

about 5 miles outside of town, but you will appreciate being out of the traffic & congestion! Big sites, concrete patios, great WiFi & satellite, (most if you have a portable dish). Nothing for kids to do. Quite, peaceful & great staff! Definitely will come here again!

Beautiful park nestled between two small creeks. No facilities but very quiet. Full hookups and a couple of pull through sites. Plenty of room at each site and many are on one of the creeks.

This place is the best all I need to say. Will be my go to place when I come to the smokies.

You get plenty of entertainment at Dollywood, a 15 minute drive from this campground. It is wonderful to leave the loud, rambunctious crowds at the end of the day and enter this beautiful, peaceful sanctuary. For us, coming back here each afternoon and sitting by the creek, catching lightning bugs, and eating out on the rock patio was our favorite part of each day. You don't get the pools, bathhouse, or even the playground that other campgrounds may offer- but what they do offer- peace and quiet, space to bond with your family, and beautiful nature instead of concrete everywhere- makes this the absolute best campground we have ever visited.

What a find! Wonderful sites. Excellent staff. And plenty of quiet. The trolley stops at the campground every hour providing hassle free transportation to major attractions. Wifi is great. Cable is a bit limited but I'm not a TV person. The sites are well spaced and private. Looking forward to our next trip.
