This is an older park but well maintained and clean. There are a lot of activities for the older folks, however the swimming pool and hot tub are too small for this park. We had a hard time getting into the pool and hot tub due to being overcrowded. There are new owners and they are fixing a lot of the broken items and making some changes. Most of the permanent residents feel that the rules do not apply to them. The snowbirds are grouchy and run in cliques. This is not a 55+ park, it is a 70+ park. If you are under 65 you'll be bored here. Also note the local airport is right across the road and its flight path goes right over the park. We stayed here for the winter but we will not stay here again.
