Large lots, grass, trees, dirt roads. They will not trim branches so pick site accodingly. Signs at bathroom say "... only for tenants that do not have toilets or showers in their rv units" and $25 charge for use of showers by monthly tenants.
Nice people. Very large sites paid $40 full hookup 50 amp. Sites level crushed gravel. Long enough for my Chevy Crewcab and 31 ft 5th to stay hooked up. Would be room for a bigger rig too. Dogs allowed on leash. 10% discount for cash or checks. We stayed 2 days to rest up. 9/23/16. Good wifi.
