Neat and tidy, but oh my gosh, very tight for our 33 ft 5th wheel. We had a pull thru, but there was very little room to park our truck. An older park smack in the middle of new car dealers. The street sign says 102nd Ave, but unmarked 53rd street is on your left, while 102 is on your right, as you head towards 205 on Fourth Plain.
This is a very small (tight) RV park but the sites are very nice and well laid out. The laundry room was very nice and clean and the only facility we used. We got here about 1:30 (off season) which turned out to be a good thing since the office closed at 2:00. It's a convenient location for visiting the Vancouver/Portland area but there are several others as well located nearby in WA (KOA exit 4 in WA) or just across the river in OR (Jensen Beach) where we have stayed previously, but this was the best location for the areas we needed to visit.
Also found the spaces a bit tight. The office is open 9-12, 1-6. Clean, secure Shower rooms a laundry. Management easy to work with. Rates quite good for the area. Long-term available.
Well managed park, nice laundry and rest/shower rooms. Yes the sites are tight, but the sites are concrete and the roadways are paved. Closem to activities quiet for as closes it is to I205. Would recommend.
