They charge 30 dollars you get electric, water, and sewer. It is flat not much needed for leveling. Some spots the electric is edgy. They have showers over by fair ground. Convenient to the fair grounds. The spots are close to each other. All in all it was ok for our needs they had a lot of vendors for the 127 garage sales.
