Reviews for Vancouver RV Park

| Very close corners

Many accidents with their tight spaces and low rain gutters!! Friendly but would not go back.

| Not kid friendly

This RV park is not kid friendly. It's also not a friendly monthly site rental. Try a local KOA or stay on the Gorge. It's parking lot style and sites are tight.

| No cable and no WIFI

Overpriced and very tight. Unless there's nowhere else (like 99 RV) to stay....stay away.

We stayed in a deluxe space with a 43ft motorhome and had plenty of room. Sites are paved with additional paved tow car parking spot and large grassy area between sites. They only take cash or checks, but that appears to be pretty common in businesses in Washington. wifi was awesome! There are smaller areas of the park and long term residents, but it's right in town, convenient, clean and quiet.

Upon arrival, the park had lost our reservation which I had made by phone 4 days earlier. But Julie made it right and honored the price we had been quoted. Stayed 4 nights with no issues. The park is well run, the bath houses are clean and modern with private showers and immediate hot water. Fellow residents were friendly and not nosy. Quiet hours were honored by all. I will stay here again.

| Tight but nice

Tight spots on cement slabs. Tight getting in and out but it’s doable. Management is great to work with. Right outside of Portland in Washington. I5 can be a nightmare during rush hour but it does move quickly. In an area with tons of stores and restaurants.

| Tight, well maintained

Space is really tight. The site design packed as many sites as it could possibly hold. But the facilities are very well maintained. For the two nights we have stayed, WiFi worked very well.

To get here you must drive through a hightly commercialized area, past a hugeToyota dealer with vehicles parked in the street, crowding the driving lanes. Not good for a motorhome of any size. Then when we arrived at 4:50 pm on Saturday, the office was closed already, even though the posted hours were until 5:00 pm. That is early closure for an RV Park in summer. Then, the office is also closed ALL DAY SUNDAY. Very disengaged management. If you need anything or have any questions upon arrival, all you get is an envelope with your site #, a map, and rules enclosed. I have seen this in parks for arrivals after 7 pm, but 5 pm??? And close early??? And closed all day Sunday??? NEVER. With better management, the location could be accepted, since the park has level concrete pads, but the pull-thrus are designed for you to unhook the toad, park the motorhome in the back, and the toad to the side up front on its own small pad. If you are staying one night and want an easy departure the next day, this is not what you want. You will want to keep the toad connected for the night, and that will not work in these pull-thrus. If you are staying more than one night , and want to unhook, and you are not there over the weekend, then the price is good.
