Quiet, nice and clean pool, grat to stay here with kids.
Had a great time at Ventura Ranch KOA. This was our "new to us" RV's shakedown test run. No sewer hook up at the site but did have cable TV, water, and electricity (30 & 50). I believe there are 3 or 4 areas for RV's (im going off of memory). Each one is tiered as the RV sites are located on a small hillside. The sites are first come first served style with a slight preferential treatment being given to handicapped rv'rs as to 3 or 4 sites located way up front closest to the pool and store area. All other sites either enjoy camping at your site or have very strong legs and stamina to climb a smallish hill. Won't knock any stars for this though.
This is our first time here and our first time in the RV on a long trip. Some. The road in is tight and some of parking lots are tight for long RV's we are in a 24 ft. We got Great Wifi as they have extenders at the sites. BUT I think they turned them off at night and not back on until 9:30 AM which really sucks for me as I get up early and hubby sleeps in. I could not do anything. We are here tonight well so we will see of this happens again or if they just had trouble with their internet.

This place is great. Quite and clean. Thugs for kids to do as well. There is a pool and zip line. We were able to ride our bikes too.
KOA bought the property and is slowly upgrading the site, one cool thing was the zip line, kids love that.i really enjoyed my stay there.
If you have kids...this is the place to come! Lots of families here with tons of kiddos playing, riding their bikes and making friends!! It s peaceful and clean. There is NO laundry here bc of the fire and we were unable to connect to their WiFi. But a nice place for sure!!
It was hard to maneuver, especially if you need to turn around. The quiet hours are way too early, and they enforce them even earlier. The sites are not level, but not terrible. The name is deceptive because it s nowhere near Ventura.
