Stayed as took credit cards. Not much security. Level pull-through sites. Electricity and water were good. Close to I-20.
I'd give 0 stars! Do not go here. We went even though there were a few stars thinking we could put up with a little trash on the ground however this is awful! The lady wanted to charge $50, then said $40. I thought it would need $28 even so, I wouldn't stay there for free. The motel on the property needs condemned , tight turn around up the hill where rv area located, really needs grounds work. Sorry I usually give things a chance but wow, stay away. We were thankful to go to river town campground. I tell ya. Awesome, maintained grounds, level, all around nice.
Stopped by to check it out. Total dump, the few campers that were there are long timers. Terrible sites, tight turn getting in then out. Rude hosts/owner. Motel looks like long term dump.
Good for one or two nights. Needs a lot of TLC. But perfectly adequate.
Adequate but a dump. We did have full hook up and the site was level on two concrete strips not a pad. The camper next to us looked like it hasn’t moved in years. It was moldy and had trash piled up all around it. There was somebody living in it. The camper on the other side of us wasn’t much better. The owner should be ashamed of himself being this close to the battle field. Why did we stay there you might ask? We don’t have a car and the place is within walking distance of the battle field. As a matter of fact it was about 200 yards behind us. It was easy to get to thru the woods.
