I found the grounds to the park to be very clean and maintained. Very quiet place off of the road. I would stay here again. I was just passing thru on my way west.
We've stayed here several times 2010-2017. The upper loop is seasonal and longer term guests, lower shorter term. Great views over a grassy field to West, corn to South. Mature shade trees by most sites but still light and airy. Good mix. Immaculate grounds, daily garbage pickup, electric water and sewer at most sites. Gravel pads. Recently went to no tents. Good for families and peaceful weekend visits. Quiet and friendly. Somewhat expensive, but good quality. No organized activities. Small pool. Clean restrooms and showers with decent privacy. Stoughton has activities, shops, movie house that serves food. Owner lives on site.
Tried to book two sites for 16 days. Called 6 times and never got a return call from the boss. Last time we called the lady quickly said they had no availability and hung up on my wife. Worst service I ve ever had.
