| Mediocre and Full of Seasonals
Some parts of the campground are nice... others, not so much. It is bizarrely patchy in terms of quality. I wouldn't recommend the place, but it will do in a pinch.

Nice campground owners. Tornado damaged the campground 2011. Seems to be a lot of unfinished projects and clean up still going on. Probably won't go back as right near a main road and a lot of traffic noise

This has to be my favorite campground ever. We've been camping here since 2012 when our camper broke down on the way to Maine. I have seen the comeback since the tornado. It's a work in progress by the nicest owners I have ever met. There are fancier places to stay, but you won't find a more family oriented place, or more accommodating owners.
