I recently bought my travel trailer and this is my first RV Park I have been in. Monthly lot rent is reasonable at $550. $95 worth of electricity is included which is nice. Older community of nice people. Bathroom and showers well maintained and warm in cold winter. Wifi intent is included and works fairly well most of the time. Only thing I don't like is that it is cash or check only no credit cards, but it's not a big deal. I would recommend this place.
We stayed at Village Scene Park for one night. We had to be in the area and this was the most convenient RV park to stay in. The sites are paved. The site we had was level. We were near the office and the wifi was strong. It is a pleasant place. This is primarily a permanent resident mobile home park with a number of sites available for nightly, weekly, or monthly rental. There is no cable TV hook up unless you are one of the permanent residents, but there were many OTA channels available on the TV with our RV's antenna. Everything was well maintained. All of the mobile homes and Park Models were very nice and well kept. The few people who we saw that live there were pleasant. We had a full hook up site. There are restrooms available for anyone without facilities in their RV - and they were clean. Payment must be by cash or check as they take no credit cards. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we were going to need to stay in this area again, we would go back to Village Scene Park.
