Spacious sites

We had a lovely shaded spot. We even stayed an extra night. It was disappointing finding the cigarette
butts and trash on our site.
We stayed in a 38' ft. Class A with a tow and had plenty of room. Lots to do for kids too.

Good one night stop

Taking our 30ft RV north and Vineyard was a good transit stop. Reserved online and then arrived late but site details were posted at the office, with a map. There are some long term residents but site was clean and tidy, and the shower block was good (don't forget the code). No other facilities nearby.

Lovely experience

We arrived right after the office closed, but the staff stayed to make sure we knew what we were doing, where to park, and to give us the wifi code. (the office closes at 9 pm, but they leave a board that lists the available spots open for you to take and then pay in the morning. Office opens 8:30am)
We found the ground pretty, with lots of shade. The club house covered patio was covered with grape vines. Lots of amenities, but my personal favorite was the free Kurig coffee in the office - a life saver when you don't have your coffee maker with you.

We have stayed here twice, nice spots long enough for our 32 ft a Motorhome and our smart tow.
Haven't used any of the facility's as of yet.
We just signed up for a rally here for next year.
The gal that checked us in and drove us to our spot was very nice , we arrived after the office was closed and we just got out of our rigs and she pulled up in her golf cart . Also the gal that made the rally reservations was very helpful answering all my questions.
Can't wait to come again. K. Manoff.

Very pleasant park and a good place for groups. Make sure you have at least 20 feet of sewer hose it you need that part of the hook up.

We have a 39 foot fifth wheel and when we arrived in June 2015 I was told they were full. I had made a reservation earlier and had no issues checking in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are nice, well maintained and lots of common "green" space to enjoy. They have an outdoor in-ground pool which we didn't use, but a lot of people and kids did use the pool. The sites are all dirt/gravel and very tight. Hardly no room for side outs (I have 4 of them) without crowding your neighbor. Overall, my pull-thru site was too small for my rig. I had to squeeze my truck as best I could to get off the road. But even worse, our front steps (out the side) landed right in the dirt road. No room for chairs at all on the side. There was a picnic table on the site, but it was useless since you had to step into the road, walk around to the back of the RV next to the truck (parked precariously) just to sit down on the edge of the dirt road. There was a huge pine tree over the site that had branches too low and hit the RV when pulling in, as well as dropped pitch all over my truck and RV during our stay. Also, this park had a lot of permanent and/or very long term renters. And the section of the park we were in had many of these trailers. These renters were O.K. somewhat friendly. One trailer had an A/C unit cut into the side of their home and junk in their yard (just like you might picture in a “red neck” trailer park), and many of these long term renters had very nice, new, polished sports cars, hum?. The park had 100% recycling and was near a lot of shopping, restaurants, etc. The Wi-Fi was decent, but all in all, not the experience we were looking for (open space, nature, water nearby, some shopping), so we won't be staying there again. Oh, and no vineyards here. But just a 1 ½ hour drive to Wine Country.

Its a campground. Our site was gravel and spacious. Huge pool. Everything well maintained. Cable TV okay. A water line main break was quickly repaired. Campground gets a 10 for the best WiFi ever experienced in a campground.

Away from traffic

This is a nice, quiet park away from the city, but close to shopping and services in Vacaville. Mostly gravel, good size sites with FHU. Extra charge for pets ??! Looked like a nice pool area, restrooms are old, but clean. Appear to be several long term, but well kept.

Great place. Sites are clean and spacious. The office personal need a little hospitality training. They seem very cold and unhappy.

YUCK! Nasty! I would only send my worst enemy here and pay to watch them suffer! Partying and drinking going on all night long, kids everywhere running amok. I’ll just stop the list here because it gets even worse. NO FREAKIN’ WAY!

This one is a hard one to write up. Let's start with the positives. The office staff was excellent! Very helpful, polite and warm. The grounds were maintained and clean along with the bathrooms. The proximity to Fairfield (Jelly Belly) and San Francisco was what we needed.
Now the negatives or bad. A lot of full timers that at times were very noisy especially when they got up to go work at 4:30am! Definitely overpriced. That hurts the most. You are paying for location.

Our first visit, we requested a back-in in the new section (which I later understood is actually for long term stay). First thing I noted was that the direction they suggested we approach our site from was the opposite of the direction you should to angle in. This is because there is a specific direction of travel recommended. You enter the park on the north & exit on the south. This new area of the park is virtually all gravel with with a few areas of grass. Recently planted trees. Not unattractive, reminiscent of the nicest west Texas parks. (The surrounding country roads reminded us of inland coastal Alabama.) Satellite TV reception was unobstructed. This a big RV park. Different areas definitely have different environments. The opposite side of the park was more attractive, more country like. One of the things that hurts the park is that there are a very large number of long term guests (I have no problem with that) but too many of the sites show a lack of pride of ownership. Unfortunately the majority of them are along the routes used to navigate the park. During this first visit, we reserved a pull thru in a different section for a few weeks later. That turned out to be when N Cal was experiencing very heavy rains. Upon arrival we requested that we be allowed another back-in site in the new area. We were graciously accommodated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vineyard RV. The country setting so close to the Bay Area is makes this facility a solid choice east of S.F.
