Very nice park. I found it to be very clean and the staff there are great. We came in late and it was dark out, however there sites are lite up in order to hook up the services to our rig. I was impressed.

| Very adequate rv park.

Sites not very private, but this park could accommodate our 40' 5th wheeler with relative easy access from I-75. For us just an overnight stop. Turns are a bit tight, still accessible. Many other nice RV coaches and 5th's, so tells me other travelers consider it acceptable. Staff very pleasant. Would overnight again.

| Nice Shady Park

15 minutes from downtown Knoxville - Shady concrete level slabs - room for slides & canopy - water pressure low especially Hot water in showers but usable - Great staff - I would definitely visit again - 31' MH & toad

| Quiet and clean

The sites are well shaded cement pads. There's a light on every site. Water, electric and sewer hook ups were in good shape. We did not use the pool, but appeared to be nicely kept. There are permanent residents located in the perimeter of the park. Transient guests appear to be assigned towards the center sites. All and all, we had a good and quiet four-night stay. We will return, when in the area. We paid $30 per night with our GS discount.

| Not level

This is an old park designed for short Rvs. Each site has a concrete pad in its center, but it is no longer than 20-25 feet. On the way into each site it is fairly level gravel, but beyond the concrete pad leading out of the pull-thru site is a serious drop off in height. We have a motorhome only 34 ft 10 in long, but we had to put 2x6 boards under the front jacks to level the coach. Then the front wheels were nearly off the ground.

| Nice place and helpful people.

I am very new to the camper world. As I was pulling in people helped spot me around the corners and one man in general was very helpful and he helped me pull into my site and helped me level my rig. And the same man also talked me through some of the set up and other things to do with the rig. I would highly recommend this place to anyone either for 1 night or for months at a time

Nice folks and helpful. My rig with toad was a little longer than the longest spot but they made it work. My lot was nice and level with ez hook ups. My wife LOVES the cable tv with Fox News! Happy wife, happy life.

The park was definitely built BEFORE big rigs! Getting into our site was a job and getting out was no better. There is an over abundance of run down campers in the place, Although the people I met were peasant enough. They have an activity hall which remained locked the whole time we were there. There is also a trucking plant right next door so all you hear day and night is roaring truck motors. Don't go there in the spring or fall hoping to sleep with your windows open! There is access to some things to see in the area (be sure to see Norris Dam). In closing... if you're in a big rig think twice.
