What a nice campground! Very clean, showers, laundry, nice size RV sites. Very friendly husband and wife owners with alpacas on the site that you can feed. Plenty of places you could walk your dog. Plan to definitely stay here again. I unfortunately stayed at an RV park closer to Denton and it was horrible. This is 9 miles from Denton and worth the little bit of extra miles. Very convenient and close to Camping World, Walmart, and other stores. Sanger has some excellent restaurants! The host will tell you all about them.

This is one of the best RV parks I have been too. Sites were easy to get into and level. Owners were very helpful. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.

Stopped by for one night on our way south. The owners & all the staff are great. The alpacas were fun to watch & even more fun to hand feed. Because of this we decided to spend a second night. If you can get by with water/electric only ask for the site by the barn. It offers the best view of the alpacas.

Loved our stay at this park. It is well maintained and quiet. The alpacas are an interesting attraction and we enjoyed feeding them. Sites are large and level. We enjoyed the restaurants in Sanger! We will stay here whenever we are in the area.

There's offenders are amazing, extremely helpful and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed how easy it is to maneuver thru the campground, the elbow room of the sites, the quiet and beautiful sunsets. Our kids were immediately in love with the adorable alpacas. Really great location, close to the lake, the must eat at Babes Chicken House restaurant and not too far to the Dallas area.

Very clean and well maintained. Owners are very nice and the alpacas are a great treat. Owner will take to see and feed the alpacas around 4:30 everyday. Lots of long term folks but we stayed there just one night and enjoyed it. Close to I-35 and easy in and out. They do have restrooms and showers. There is also a pool but we were there in the colder season so it was closed. Definitely recommend.

Called and left voicemail for a site but no one ever called me back. I guess they don't need any business

| Full, Lot of Permanent RVers

Nice park. Lots of shade and green setting. At several spots can hear traffic from well traveled street. Other noises from the Shepard dogs guarding the Alpacas. Some barking possible throughout entire night. Park appears to be full most of the time. Lots of permanent residents with set porches etc thru out park. We were lucky to get the ONE overflow spot right next to a maintenance barn, water n electric only (30 or 50 Amp). No DISCOUNTS on Overflow, neither PA or any others, not even military.

We stayed here for 1 year stationary when we first started our full time lifestyle. The owners are very friendly, we made some great friendships during our time here. Laundry room was spacious and clean. Family loved to come out and feed the Alpacas!

Stayed here for a week (or rather our Motor home did) while we flew to Washing to DC. Felt very safe leaving it there and the people were very friendly and accommodating to our concerns. Was able to fill propane on location. jrp
