| Dog friendly

Only stayed one night, they don't have a dog run but very friendly folks. Brought us some popcorn. Heard some road noise about 6am other than that quiet. Bathrooms are clean but the do charge to take a shower. Would stay here again.

Stayed overnight and nice, warm folks at reception, stayed before and got an extra discount from an email they sent to their list. Nice. I use a surge protector and polarity monitor. All systems good. Level spot, not too much freeway noise - sits back a good distance from I-5. Southernmost exit gets you there. Good Sam.

Real friendly hosts also helpful. Spaces are a little small, our 32' with towd filled the space. Clean and well maintained Couldn't get WIFI to work but as we were only overnight didn't ask for help. Would stay again.

I have stayed at this park several times . It is clean and pretty well maintained. Most of the RVs are long term residents. There are several pull thru spots with full hookups. The wifi is decent.

A Diamond in the Rough! We stayed 1 night traveling to Palm Springs. We were greeted with a warm welcome, escorted to our pull thru. Level & wide spaces (34 5W) full hookups. Clean laundry / restrooms. There is a small trailer park on the back side but well maintained. We now stay both to/from Palm Springs. Also, a casino w/ free shuttle is now open 1/2 mi away ...

This park has so many goods thing going for it. Starting with the new owners. They are very friendly and helpful. If u like places with the personal touch u gonna luv It here. While it has crushed gravel - no cement it has plenty of shade trees and decent spacing with tables at each site. Close enough to the freeway for easy access but far enough away not to hear it. One can tell they are putting a lot of effort to improve a park which had been left with little improvement. I understand there are plans to add RV spaces also. They offer several discounts include honoring veterans. A Very nice touch of respect if u ask us. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. WiFi and Propane are available also. Everything one would want for a quick layover or a mini vacation in some beautiful country with very nice folks. We will be staying here again and recommend this to all fellow rv ers.

Stopped for 2 nights to do laundry and explore Yreka. Laundry room was clean. Good wifi, but had issues connecting Firestick and PS4. Excellent cell coverage. Veterans discount is great! Trish is really nice. I would stay here again

| A great park for passing through or a longer stay

Very nice RV Park near the 5 freeway, but no freeway noise. Free WiFi and cable TV. Friendly staff and well maintained park. Had a pull through 50 amp site with a picnic table that was easy to get into. Got bags of warm popcorn when we checked in. Nice touch. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through, but they had lots of literature in the office for things to do in the area, so worth coming back for a longer stay. It is right across the street from the fair grounds. Unfortunately the fair was starting the day we left. Takes Good Sam 10% discount which covered the taxes.
