First off, no we didn't even stay overnight in camp, but both gentlemen that run this own/run this place we're awesome. We had pulled in because my water pump blew on my truck. He allowed me to pull into a spot, offered to let me hookup my 5th wheel, gave me extra buckets to catch the anti-freeze, and kept checking on me to see if I needed any more tools or anything else (even gave his WiFi password to my kids... to help keep them occupied). Once the job was completed (an all day affair) he offered to take all trash from the job including the spent anti-freeze... in which I tried to pay him $40 for his troubles, and taking care of my trash and anti-freeze, but he refused all money. I would have stayed here but I had reservations farther South to continue our coastal vacation; however, we will be going back. The staff is VERY kind and generous, and the park has a nice quiet setting with easy access to Long Beach.
Having paid in full at the time of booking, when I arrived they said I had to pay $10 dog fee (as if I didn't know had one when I booked!) and $20 to dump. What a ripoff. This makes it a very expensive noisy site right by the 101.
