| Second time here

We were here two years ago. They have cleaned it up some and has a lot more to go. Got ride of most of the abandon homes and old sheds. Grass is cut now and looks ok. Pool closed for the season. Staff is great and real friendly. Price has gone up some as it was 15 last time we were here and now is 20.

| Nice Park

Don't know what the other reviewers saw bad about this place. The office staff is very nice and can't beat the price for Passport America $20. We were led to our pull through site by a very courteous man who showed us all the services. 50 amp service and no extra charge. We had a huge site with a nice view of the mountains.Space #93. My only complaint was that the pool was not open due to some inspection. The park is not run down as others have indicated. There are many sites that are not being used and the grass is overgrown. At least they are not calling this place an RV Resort as many other parks seem to overuse. I will definitely stay here again.

| A little seedy!

By user-5273817... on 2017-10-23.

Not sure what's going on here. From viewing the website, it looks like this place is owned by corporation and plans to make it nicer? But seemed like liw income housing project now. Comfortable enough, noisy, lots of weeds. Probably wdnt stay again.

| Worn out park

By user-5370987... on 2017-10-23.

Management claims in process of change from mobile home to rv park. Has a long way to go. Roygh sites, grass mot maintained, no WiFi at sites. Dogs roaming free. On the good side they do take passport America for two nights. Regular price is $40 with passport $20. Even $20 is too high. Fine for one or two nights but even then move on to other choices if you can. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here using Pass Port America $15. Nice park with wide sites. This park is changing from a mobile home park to Rv park so the sites are very wide. Very friendly and helpful managers. Just off highway and easy access. Has wifi close to office and rest rooms. Pool open in season. Would stop here again. Beautiful view of the mountains.

| Great Customer Service

By user-5517146... on 2017-10-23.

Yes, it is in a mobile home park. No, we usually don't stay in mobile home parks. However, this place is trying to become an RV park. We've stayed here twice now (once headed north, the other south). Each time we had great customer service. The view of the Wasatch range is awesome. Great access to North Ogden. Just off I-15. The price for full hook-ups ($15) can't be beat.

I was pretty surprised when we pulled in here. The park has a lot of unkept trailers and modulars intertwined with rv spots. It said on the advertisement that it had wifi available, only to find out that the wifi was only availalbe in and around the front office. Even though the price was plenty cheap through Passport America, it was not a place I would choose to stay again.

| Good over night stop

Easy on/off highway- passport accepted. Lots of places to eat. Fairly quiet as close to highway. Park is on the way up - taking out old park models- we had no issues here. Would stay again if traveling thru. Someone answered phone as we arrived after 4pm, came to office and someone drive us to our site- friendly and a lot of services in area including fuel. Good stop.

| Terrible people run this place

By user-5782235... on 2019-08-09.

Our first RV experience was made unnecessarily stressful due to the rudeness of this park's staff. We started at the park with a park employee parking our trailer in mud and off of the concrete strips. We had to pull the trailer out of the mud and the park employees got upset that we tore up their "sod" (really weeds and mud). We rented for the month of March 2019. We took a week long trip during that time and when we returned (still in March of 19) there was another trailer parked in our spot, even though there were several empty and dry spots available. When we called the on call manager he was very impatient with my husband trying to back up the trailer in the new spot. We ended up leaving angry and will never return. Hope this stops others from this headache.

| Loaded with Fox Tail weeds

Park is good but loaded with Fox Tail weeds. If you have a dog these sharp burrs can get in your dog's paws. My dog got several in her paws and resulted in a Vet bill for surgery to remove one.

We arrived at 4pm. The office was closed. Lights off, no one there. There was a sign on the door stating they closed at 4pm and they wouldn't park anyone after 4pm. A very nice lady who lives in the park arrived to pick up her mail. She said the manager was in the shop at the end of the street. My husband went down to see him and was told by the manager that we were out of luck...besides, they don't want over nighters. There is a sign out by the road that says RVs welcome. I guess they really don't mean it! We drove 6 miles south to a very nice park where they were happy to see us.
