Spacious lots, clean restrooms, great store, quiet, large park, nice dog park, cute beach. Outer sites offer more privacy and more space. #38 seemed double! Ben is great at the desk. Goose poop all over beach, newer park-small trees and patchy grass. Waterpark across the street not best. Pricey admission for what it offers. Small.

| Very Nice!

Stayed 2 nights. Campground was about a 1/4 full. I can see where during the summer this would be a great campground for families w the pond to swim in, large play ground and water park around the corner. For adults, casino around the corner as well. Service at the front counter could have been better, teenagers running the counter. I did ask for a site away from the playgrounds and they put us literally right next to it. With plenty of open spots. ????? But again, it was not even 1/4 full. So not too many kids. Would stay again.

Well kept place, neat cabins, nice beach. So much space, they should think about having a pool too since beach was covered with algea weeds.

Nice koa, fairly level sites, good wifi. One laundry had 1 of 2 washers working. Nice restrooms. Spacious park, sites not right next to each other. Could get lost at night driving. No maneuver issues seen.

Nice, open area, plenty for kids or family. Casino and water park nearby. Nice lots. Town close by, treated self to pedicure and hair cut.

| Lots of Exposure, Good for Families

This campground has a lot to offer for families as it has a lake for canoeing, kayaking and a swimming beach. It is also within walking distance to a water park that looked like a lot of fun for the younger folks. The aesthetics of the campground are not exactly what we were looking for as the trees are quite small and there is a lot of sun exposure so on a hot day, you ll want your AC working. The spaces are easy to get in and out of and there is green space between most sites. They are not crammed together as many KOAs tend to be so that is a positive. While there, we could not get the cable TV to work and even after asking for assistance, we never got a return call to follow up or did we ever get cable TV. Wifi was intermittent but we did get enough signal to stream using our Amazon Fire stick. This is a good spot for families looking for a short getaway or staycation but not a destination type resort in my opinion.
