Booked for July 4-5. Place is easy to access with 40' motorhome. Park area level and clean. They do have showers which is not indicated on this website. The shower was clean and water pressure good...as was the water temperature. Staff was friendly and professional which makes for a good experience.

Friendly owner and manager, sparking clean shower area, quiet at night, well maintained (even with the heavy rain over the past few weeks), free cable, and somewhat spotty wifi. We stayed here for two months while my wife was receiving some medical treatment and felt very relaxed and happy with the place. We're just staring out, living fully time in our camper, and have heard how expensive KOA is compared to other sites. But, for extended stays (30 days) can you really beat $355 plus electricity for a month? Our electricity our first month, BTW, was $29 and we ran the AC a moderate amount of time.

| Serviceable but not a typical KOA

I'm not generally a fan of KOA campgrounds but this one was conveniently located for an overnight stay on our way west. Roads and sites are dirt/gravel and it can be a bit dusty. Our site was not level but manageable. What made the difference was the super-friendly staff at this KOA. There is an RV maintenance/repair business on a corner of the property and a Harbor Freight at the next corner if you need a tool or something (which I did). We would definitely use this KOA again when passing through.

| Just okay

This KOA has seen it’s day. The road leading to the office is pretty rough and needs to be repaved. All sites are rock and dirt, with the majority of them being unleveled. Several trees need to be trimmed back. A lot of full timers live there and that’s ok, but the weeds and tall grass growing around their trailers and RV’s really needs to be trimmed. It would help make the park and grounds look a bit more manicured. We witnessed the majority of people who walked their dogs didn’t pick up after them, even when their dog did their business in someone else’s campsite, such as ours. We experienced a bad storm one day while we were there, and our particular site (#11) became very flooded around us, so pretty muddy if it rains. Easy access on and off the freeway. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and suggested some great places to eat that were close by, and we tried them all, and they were absolutely spot-on. Would stay again for one night if just passing through and could get a different campsite, and as long as it wasn’t raining.
