This is a nice Campground. Located right on the ocean, the beach is one of the only sandy beaches on the southern part of the island. Campfires are allowed, bring your own wood. Sites are difficult to get as many Victoria residents inhabit this park
Weir s Beach is a lovely little campground with three areas- ocean front, garden view and lagoon sites. We stayed in a lagoon site and they were all back in. There is a great club house with a big screen tv, couch area, computer, dining area, daily paper, washrooms and laundry. The grounds are well kept and the sites are a good size. Owners are on site and very attentive to the campers. The only complaint we have is that we didn t sleep very well because of how loud the bull frogs were in the lagoon- croaking all night! Beach is private, nice sand and great views. easy access to Victoria and other parts of the island but the actual campground is a bit remote
