First of all you pull off main road and there are no signs as to where to go next. Its st the end of a gravel road. Full of potholes and mud. Then eight dogs come out barking at you when you get out of your vehicle at the office. Bathrooms have the most unsanitary conditions I've ever seen no toilet paper or paper towels or even anything to use.
