Stayed in Seminole. Half of this area are FHU 50 amp sites, and the rest are W/E. Large sites with oversized concrete pads and patios with tables. Fire pits and lantern holders. Shady area with lake view from every site. Verizon works well. Many tv stations with antenna. Toilets and pay showers are marginal. Park has lovely lodge, cabins, golf course, marina, many hiking trails, nature center. 3 camping areas. 2 of these have been nicely upgraded, Seminole and Choctaw.
Stayed 2 nights. Nice level pad. Newer spots don't have sewer but there is a dump strain on the way out. Horse ride is worth the money. No swim beaches while we were there. Rv park isn't close to anything so a toad is necessary.
We stayed at Cherokee for three nights in August 2018, had a great time. The grass needed cut and the showers aren't free, but the deer in the campground and the well-spaced sites made the stay more enjoyable. Met new camping friends! Careful on the road, pretty rough.
