Arrived here for a few days while transitioning from Seattle to Florida. Like most supposed RV parks in Yuma, it's really an old fashion trailer park with 90% of the spaces filled with permanent "trailers". Before Easter, most of the facilities in the park were open, but deserted. The day after Easter everything that can be locked up, is. They have a 4 for 3 special, but with everything locked, half price would be better.

OK, We waited on this review a bit. This is the largest RV park that we have stayed in. It was better than we thought it would be. The spaces are fine, all gravel with a cement pad. There was room behind our unit to play a bit with our dog. Out side the park you could walk your dog in the desert for as far as you like. The park is impeccable, clean, they even run street cleaners around, and all facilities were clean. WIFI you had to pay extra for, which I think is penny pinching. The par three golf course is OK. In addition to all this there were lots of activities, including concerts etc. We did not partake so can't comment, though it looked fine. The largest downfall for us were two things. The road out front was very busy, hard to make a left turn. I ride my bike and it wasn't very good for that at all. It is also not walking distance to anything, but then again the park, and desert is there for walks I guess. Would we stay again, well I guess it depends. The park is very good, but we think there may be a better location for our style closer to Fortuna mKE

Wonderful park. A lot of things to do. Very clean and well kept up. The staff was very helpful and courteous. A must stay if your in the area

This is a very nice park for the size. There are approximately 1050 sites, but about 65-70% are park models or trailers that are permanent OR sites that are annually leased. The previous reviewers that complained about amenities should have realized that they used the park in the off season which means the normal activities aren t available as most people are gone. The one thing I believe is a big plus is the width of the streets. Sounds crazy, but we have been in some parks that the streets are so narrow you really have to work on getting your coach into the site. The people we met while staying here were all fabulous and we had a get time during our stay.
