We spent 1 night here with a trailer. The park ranger suggested we upgrade to a water site...it backed up to a green algae swamp...hardly a water feature worth upgrading to. $51 a night is rediculous for electric only. The electric was so far away that we had to use an extension cord that kept shorting out our trailer. Park itself is large but we did not take advantage of any of it as we wanted a less expensive park to stay in for a few days.
Smaller provincial park but the windy roads and site undergrowth allow for decent privacy. Ok little beach. Bathrooms are decently maintained. Usually stay here a few times a year, especially for trick or treat camping.
Nice enough Campground, but with all the rain this Spring, everything was muddy. Some sites were closed due to standing water. We stayed there 4 nights to visit Point Pelee for birdwatching, and to make sure we had a campsite over Memorial Day weekend
