This park is owned and operated by a very friendly younger family. Still working and building this park as a new business. It is a "mostly level" gravel parking lot with new services installed and small trees. Full hookups, 30/50A sewer and water. Great WiFi when we were there. Great central location to base visits to Bryce, North Rim, Zion, and more (all 2 hours or less driving time). Great weekly rates of $125 + 13.65 tax. Longer term available and prices will likey increase with the level park work completed. We felt very safe here, there are some permanant mobile homes along the east side and are very friendly folks.
I can just copy the first review, it's most accurate for the one week stay we had. No laundry, showers or bathrooms, WiFi was excellent the time we were there. Nice laundramat in town. Many machines and a car wash along side it. Also an RV wash station on the end of the car wash. We enjoyed it because we were out early every day to a nearby park or attraction. Did not miss the "camping" experience. Temps in the upper 90s daily with lows near 60.
We stayed here 3 nights. Saw a nice Western Day Parade in Kanab. Great little town to visit. Visited Zion National Park and Grand Canyon. Good WiFi and full hookups. No frills, but good price and good place to stay.
We have stayed here 3 nights. This has been a wonderful place to stay for getting to the North Rim, Zion and Bryce Canyon. No frills park with great prices, full hook ups, great wifi and amazing owners.
Park has just Electric, Water, Sewer and great Wi-fi. Plenty room for big rigs with all pull-thru's. Sites are gravel with opposing parking at each site. Park is open for Satellite use, picnic table at each site. Located just outside of town, that has a gas/diesel/mart for any supplies you might need. The only reason for the three stars is the park is new and lacks laundry, bath house, cable and paved roads. Would stay again for sure.
The price is so good. if you pay cash, it is 20 dollars per night only. The boss is very nice. The WiFi is good. Water electric is good too. I like this place so much!
On a 3 week trip, best place yet. Somewhat small, showers beautifully clean, did our laundry while my son swam inthe clean pool, all in the same location. Very nice couple runs it.
