A little pricy... But location is fantastic.... Especially if you like to go out at night...Tolley car service to downtown, a great bonus.

On the plus side: great location with trolley to Deadwood;very friendly and accommodating management; almost all full hook-up sites; long pull-through sites convenient for big rigs; free wifi, but comes and goes; other amenities like a nice laundry facility, which we didn't use. On the minus side: very narrow campsites and most on a hill; dog walking area is mostly stones and cigarette butts, plus trucks too large to fit on their site park there. If we came to the area again, we'd probably stay here again.

| Good campground but a little expensive - but everywhere in Deadwood seeks to separate you from your money.

September cost is $45 for motorhome full hookup. Staff are friendly. Bathrooms and showers are clean with plenty of hot water. Clean, well maintained camp sites. WIFI is weak, comes and goes, but that seems to be par for most campgrounds.

| Way OVERPRICED!

The location is wonderful but we could have stayed at the Franklin Hotel for $19.00 last night instead of the $50.00 to be on the hill! Even though all the attractions were closed for winter! Some pull through spaces are not level. Nice private tent spaces.

| Not clean and overpriced

Diane Johnson Made reservations in March asked for drive through and 35 ft with car for one unit and another 35 unit. Put half way up hill in spaces barely big enough for RVs and no room for car and sites were back in. Told car could go down by where trailers are parked. Was told by office staff we should have emailed to get what we wanted and not called using the reservation system they set up. Also no pool again. 2nd year in row. 92 degrees today. We having been coming here for last 6 Year’s and each year gets worse. We have seen much nicer options farther south with much nicer amenities for same price. WiFi rarely works and no cable or tv here. Bathrooms were dirty also.

It clean, well maintained, staff is very friendly and it's within walking distance, about a mile, of downtown. We had herds of deer come past the RV on a couple of occassions. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the had no cable or propane.
