Reviews for Wichita Falls Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort at Coyote Ranch

| Great RV Park

Family friendly yet quiet. Kids really enjoyed the pools and the playground, especially after a long drive. Area was clean and the sites cemented and level. They did lack trees but some have been planted.

In addition to my previous review. They use Tengo for their WiFi. We found it extremely frustrating to cook any of our devices up. Probably because they put us on the far back side of the RV Resort and we had very limited connectivity. I had even mentioned upon checking in that I needed Wifi for the evening.

| 1 month plus a day - great amenities!

Stayed here for a month and a day - January basically. Windy and cold, but still enjoyed the park a lot! Friendly staff that shared with us a lot of their clients come from the grumpy and slightly weird experiences others have at the Wichita Falls RV Park. It's a shame coyote ranch dissent have their location, that would be amazing! But Jellystone welcomed us, has an awesome and friendly environment, families come from all over the country to spend with time at the site force base temporarily (training) and stay here. Playground and on-site fun things to dj are all included with your stay: put-put golf, a maze, swimming holes (pools) and a miniature water park for kids, and - this one shocked me - a full size, like 75' x 20' wide air inflated bouncing pad! Acres of park and farm to explore... Cow and multiple Shelton ponies and hosts and chickens to pet and watch... Overall great experience! Highly recommended!

| New Years stay

Great park. Super showers and laundry facilities. We were visiting family over New Years....at $55 a day, quite steep for a winter visit. Next family visit will check around for a more price reasonable park.

| nice park, but pricey

Great grounds and facilities. Cement pull thrus with full hook ups. Beautiful pool, very friendly staff and a small store on grounds. However, there was no shade and we had poor tv and internet reception. Over-priced in comparison to other parks...$60.

We visited them on Christmas eve. They are clean, friendly and fun place to stop. Shower s are really clean. However, the WiFi was awful was unable to use for long period of time. The pads are concrete and mostly level.

Very expensive, very bad wifi, no cable. No shade. Yes, pads are nice and there is lots for the kids. But there are many campgrounds that offer more and for much less.

| Nice park but not for $66.95 a night

Yes, the pads were concrete and level, long but narrow, with picnic tables and, yes, the bathrooms were exceptional. The animals were fun. Unfortunately, the wifi was sketchy at best, plus it interfered with the router on the computer module that controls many of the amenities on my coach. I've stayed in parks with the same ratings that weren't nearly $70 bucks a night. As a caveat, I will say the weather was horrible, which may have had me in a less than generous mood, but I do try to review parks on their own merit and not my subjective leanings. It is a very nice park, just too much money for what you get.

| Clean and everything you need!

Conveniently located outside of town but close enough to run back into Wichita Falls. Very friendly staff. Our stay was $40 per night and they told us that they didn't give a Sam's or AAA discount. Super clean facilities and nice wide spots. They can even make pizza and other snacks, which is nice after a long day on the road. Will definitely stay here again. The cabins and cottages that are for rent are adorable also.

There were some great things about this park and some bad things. We went there week before peak season and had the place almost to ourselves. That was good because we got to use all the open amenities as much as we liked, but bad because several of the amenities weren't open at all such as Lazer tag, the escape room and a few others. However, the kids loved the jumping pillow, obstacle course, maze, mini golf and pool and splash pad so much it almost made up for it. There was a school field trip there our second day, but they didn't use the pool or splash pad, so we missed those while they were there and the other stuff when they left. You have to pay extra for WiFi and no cable hook ups which seems crazy at the price we paid. I will say when I nicely expressed some displeasure at the office about the amenities that were closed, the office lady shrugged it off, but then other staff seemed to go out of their way to try and accommodate us. At the end of the day, the kids loved it here and that's what matters.
