Kay and her crew are hard working making this park one of Rockport/Fulton best. Clean, clean, clean is what's great about here and if you've been in Texas you know that's special. Nice amenities, activities, work campers, and all around best bang for your buck.

| Good times

We have stayed here three times with very few complaints. Yes the air planes play touch and go but this ends before dark, yes the lawn mowers make noise but this happens in all parks. Turn on your ac fans and you hear very little. We stay up front and get a double space. Switch the ac fan on and we don't hear the road noise. We have always enjoyed the staff. Very helpful and courteous. We stay there for a month in the summer and several time during the year we spend a night or two.we enjoy pancake Sunday.

Now known as Wilderness Oaks RV Park. Older park with FHU, 30-50 amps. Free cable, free wi-fi with Tengo. Iffy sometimes.Very clean with new owners upgrading. Cement pulls thrus made for trailers. When parking 40' motorhome and towed had to disconnect. Office leaves every other site vacant for slide-outs and parking, otherwise very tight. Employees very friendly and helpful. Stayed for six days with PA. Would stay again when in area.

| Nice but noisy.

Great amenities, concrete throughout. Clean facilities. Wonderful hard working group of people. Decent free wifi and cable. Pretty good bang for your buck. Only complaint is the constant noise. This park is next door to small airport that tranes coast guard planes that fly over the park in constant circles up to three at a time. Ocaisionally helicopters. You can deal with it on occasion. However, it's the everyday noise of leaf blowers, edgers, lawn mowers, weed eaters, all terrain vehicles used for maintenance rattling loudly through your moment of peace and quiet when the planes aren't flying that makes this small park hard to relax in. You are close to each other so every noise mentioned is on top of you. Constant loud noise makes relaxing or watching tv nearly impossible. If they would pick a certain couple of days to do grounds maintenance to keep the noise down to a minimum would help park immensely. Seems a bit unorganized.

| Nickel and dime

Welcome back A! Disappointed that new owner decided to take up rules of old owner A. Nickle and dime, extras upon extras surprised you don't have to pay extra to shower. Very limited parking and rude camp workers. We've spent a lot over the years at this park, A couldn't keep this park full with her rules and sure the new owner wont either. Paid thru end of the month, then adios! One more paying customer lost. Oh don't park in the wrong spot camp workers will scream the rules to you instead of being professional and polite and ask you to move to another spot. Can't read minds. Limited parking.

The people and planed activities are great, but is located at the end of a navy runway. Noisy.

Three stars seem a little low. More like 3.5. Stopped here to spend three nights and ended up staying nine. Do not understand how anyone can say the staff was rude. The staff and everyone else were exceptionally helpful and friendly. This was one of the friendliest parks I have ever stayed at. Wi-fi and cable are good. Space is a little tight, but the owners are good about letting you park in vacant sites. Activities are fun. The airplanes do get a little irritating at times, but was not a big deal. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
