Grass not mowed, pad not anywhere near level. Had to pull into roadway to clear hookups so slide would clear. Water dripping out of all hookups around us. Looks to be little or no maintenance outside if office and pool. The worst park I have ever been to. Bar none.
We stayed there almost a week. It was a decent place, really out in the sticks, and not near much. All dirt roads. There was a laundry, but it was busy most of the time. There were two fishing lakes. Lots of bugs. A little run down, but not bad. I wouldn't go there for a vacation, but I'd stop for the night again on my way through.
Stayed here a week on RPI You cant beat the price, they are RPI, Coast to Coast and Passport. 50 amp service, full hookups, bit rough around the edges, but the manager is extremely nice, quiet, few permanents, but would certainly return. We don't use the pool or bathrooms so don't know the conditions of those. Its not far to Robertsdale, and 23 miles to the outlet mall in Foley.
Woodsy park, nice and quiet, friendly people, $17 nite with PA. Not level and no concrete pads but good for us.
Worst camp ground we have seen. Rules only certain people not evenly inforced. People do not clean up after their dogs (no can for dog poop. If you walk into the woods you find house hold trash dumped. They advertise WiFi but don't get excited do work but it is free. If you don't care where you stay this might just the place for you. You have been warned!
It's a nice setting, with shade trees and a pond, but there was litter all over the grounds, including cigarette butts in the bath house.
Great for overnight stay. Lots of snowbirds. Many trees and a small lake Would stay again.
We stayed 2weeks
