The pool is large and useable. The showers not great unless you want to experience a scene from Indiana Jones in real life. There is an office (rotting door and all) but we pulled in late and the prices and a phone number are posted on the door. No map anywhere. There were a few other RV parked so we just found a place and plugged in. We heard a train go by but all we cared about was a place to plug in and run AC and this placed fit the bill perfectly (price is right on point for $29.99 plus tax for electric and water). The next morning we called the numbers and left messages so we could pay. Our kids swam that morning and someone showed up in the office so we could pay. Said they are trying to redevelop the property so not really spending any money to maintain the property. Overall a safe and budget place to spend the night. A few other people there but lots of empty places in a huge campground that clearly has seen better days.
