Reviews for WillowWind RV Park

| NO POOL!

By user-5860418... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2017-06-19 to 2017-06-20

This place was beautiful. Concrete slabs, sprinklers in the grass and Heidi at the front desk was exceptionally nice. But when you go to a place where the temperature was 106 degrees, there should be a pool! Especially at 50.00 a night! Totally disappointed when we got there!

This is a gorgeous park, and so convenient to Zion. I wish they had picnic tables at the sites but the sites are very close together so I'm sure the tables would make it feel more cramped. We stayed here 4 night and will come back.

| Wonderful Park

We stayed here in mid May 2015 and think it is a superb park. Clean, friendly, close to shopping and Zion National Park, lawn well maintained, bathrooms were clean and roomy. They are currently constructing another bath house. We would highly recommend this park.

| Gorgeous park!

By user-5619954... on 2017-10-23.

Beautiful modern facilities, meticulously maintained, and squeaky clean. New bath house is outstanding. This is an adult oriented park. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Convenient to Zion National Park. This would be a great park for an extended stay while exploring the area. Highly recommend this park.

| Very nice

Sites are nice and spacious, shady. Very hot while we were there, like 109. People nice and accommodating. Showers clean, but only 1 shower. We had issues with our gray water tank and needed to use them. Another lady said she had hot water tank issues. Lots of tents here too. Can't see why only one shower would be enough. Internet was fair, worked ok for email and checking weather.

| We loved it here!

$47.00 We were on the road for 3 weeks and this resort was in the top 3...a big part of that was due to the fact we'd been driving through an "excessive heat" advisory for 3 days, and most of the RV parks had zero shade, dust, stickers, & poor reviews. Basically parking lots. WillowWind was like an oasis! We chose a shaded, pull-thru site so we didn't have to unhook the toad. The site was within 1.25" of being level, pad was concrete and our dogs appreciated the nice, thick patch of grass. Water spigot was in a valve box which took me a minute to figure out. While most sites are shaded, there is an area of satellite friendly sites. We and most others opted for shade this time of year. The bathroom was immaculate, so much so that I took a shower in it, rather than use the shower in our RV. First time in 21k miles I've taken a shower at a campground. It was heaven! There is a dog wash, fitness center, laundry, tent sites, dog park area, clubhouse with kitchen, and group area. The interior roads are easy to navigate and sites clearly marked. The man next to us, with his slick 4 horse trailer/5th wheel, said he and his family always here whenever traveling through the area from Phoenix. Very friendly folks. Quiet campground with several full-timers. There are services...fuel, restaurants, grocery, etc within a 1/4 mile from the entrance. WillowWind is your place if you are looking for a resort type campground...that is extremely well maintained, shady, level, and safe.

| Good Park

By user-6159825... on 2017-10-23.

We have stayed here many times during the past 5 years. It is a decent park. Has quite a few snowbirds and some long term people. Managers are nice and accomodating. There is a fair amount of street noise near the perimeter of the park. No pool. Decent laundry and showers. Walk to shopping and restaurants

| Great park

By user-5214933... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2017-09-22 to 2017-09-24

Stayed 3 days. Good level sites, nice laundry rooms. Caterers to the Rv’ers. Would stay there again.

| Nice!

By user-5515726... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2016-10-15 to 2016-10-22

Very nicely groomed park. All have concrete pads and either grass or good gravel. Plenty of trees... which provides great shade, but difficult satellite reception. The facilities are very clean. Only negatives... poor WiFi and no pool.

| Beware!

By user-5836546... on 2017-10-23.

Nice park little expensive yes but what they do not tell you is that their water for the irrigation is so hard that it will X into your rims it into your paint and they tell you to go buy vinegar and something else to put into it to remove it so we spent almost 3 days trying to get it removed got her removed then they turn the water on today during a windstorm and guess what there's spots all over the couch again they told him take it off with vinegar and then go find somebody that will fix it for you not going to happen

| Super Nice Place!

By user-5827104... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2017-09-14 to 2017-09-15

It's a very nice modern park with all the amenities, shade trees, cable TV, etc. It's convenient to Zion National Park and other conveniences in town. We definitely recommend it.

| Love it

We were here before and had to stay here when we came through again. Very nice place and clean!

| A lot of Shade

By user-5872684... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2016-09-14 to 2016-09-18

Site I was given (111) was a concrete Pull-Thru, FHU, w/cable & good wi-fi. It was plenty big enough for my 42' 5th wheel with easy in/out. More than likely you will have to use their cable and not your dish because of all the trees. Park is very well kept and everything is neat & clean.Would definitely come again!

| Great stay!

By user-4631219... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2016-12-27 to 2016-12-28

We stayed here overnight and would come back again. Bathrooms are very clean and made me feel like I was in a nice clean hotel! I was wondering who keeps this RV Park looking so clean. Big shout out to Karen! She keeps the place looking shining and clean! She was amazing. It was worth the price. Friendly service and very well maintained. We wanted to stay longer! Thanks for the hospitality

| Not bad but

By user-5105365... on 2017-10-23.

Not a bad park, clean and modern. Like the review below, the sprinklers are a nightmare. Then there is the management. Both the older ladies are very moody and discourteous. The saving grace was the younger girl Cassie. She made our stay better by listening to us and being courteous. The internet is horrible so don't forget your to bring your hotspot.

| The best

By user-5865032... on 2017-10-23.

For the greater part i agree with the review below. Didn't have the issues with the showers though. Maybe reviewer didn't discover the second building? I would certainly come back. Do not understand sprinkler issues either.

| Geared towards adults

By user-5860361... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2015-07-17 to 2015-07-18

This is a well maintained and controlled campground. This is the 3rd time we've stayed as we've traveled the I-15 corridor. The park is well maintained and the facilities are new. The bath house/laundry is under construction. Nice clubhouse but the park is not designed for families with kids. No pool or playground. It appears to be more for adults. The sites are level, concrete with a narrow grass strip between each one. Utilities all worked well and cable was fine. Shade trees in most lots except for the ones that are satellite friendly. Lots of long term residents here but it is a quiet park. Convenient to shopping and Zion NP, a great place to stay. Price is on the higher end ($45 w/tax) for a pull through with full hookups. I would stay here again.

| Stayed there again and I love it

By user-6743579... on 2017-10-23.

Super nice staff , shade helped keep rv cool when it was 109 outside bathrooms very modern and clean and very inexpensive 32.00 a night.

Very nice park....enjoyed trees and grass after wintering in AZ. Our original spot was not available so we were given another space , not as big or as easy to get into, but all in all, we would definitely stay again.

| Nice!!!

By user-4675096... on 2017-10-23.

Stayed here March 4 thru 6, 2016. Trees were budding, and we could imagine how comfortable it would be here in summer months. We'll maintained bathrooms and very clean. WiFi was good for internet browsing and email, but cannot stream. Cable TV was also a great asset. Snowbirds and permanent residents noticeable this time of year. Cost for 2 nights was a little over $90 and that was with our Good Sam membership card. Kind of high, but it was a very well kept place, quiet with good WiFi and cable TV. Only negative thing was connecting the water hose to our motohome.

| Nice park

We are staying here for the mouth of May. We love the park. Close to everything.

| Nice park friendly staff!

We are staying here for memorial day weekend. The staff is great and the rv spots are nice and shady! I will stay here again!

We stayed here in a Class C for 3 nights. Well maintained park, close to shopping and convenient for Zion Nat'l. park. Helpful receptionist and most accommodating to us since we arrived early morning. Would definitely stay again.

| A well-manicured park.

By user-5852471... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2015-04-11 to 2015-04-19

Nice level cement pads & grass lawns for each site. Nice bathrooms and laundry facility. Good secure Wi-Fi too. The fellow Rv'ers were not too friendly though and quite a few looked to be “long term” renters. But with Zion National Park close by, we didn’t mind any short comings of the park.

| Traveling

By user-5819463... on 2017-10-23.

We stayed here for two days to visit Zion, and traveling to the North Rim... The park is very well maintained... There is shade trees were a blessing as it was extremely warm 103... Cable??? Was wonderful, since we have been traveling and TV hadn't been part of the travel... We were put in an area where people live and that surprised me, because of all the open spaces??? Still nice concert pads... They had nice clean laundry area... The dog bath was kinda sweet and expressed an extra thought for is traveling... Thanks!!! Would recommend and will stop when traveling again...

By user-4741690... on 2017-10-23.

The park is very clean and well maintained, sites are level. The showers are the best that we have ever encountered at any R V park and better than most 4 or 5 star motels. Prices are reasonable, just a short drive to Zion N P. Highly recommend this park.

We stayed here with our 40 ft Motorhome and tow car. Nice clean park. Lots of trees so if want to watch satellite be sure and mention this. Very close to Zion Park.

By user-6598467... on 2019-08-09.

Very nice. Everything worked as should. Only negative are tree limbs in some sites need to be trimmed up. In town. No view. Would stay again.

By user-5505641... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-06-08 to 2019-06-09

Great RV Park. Large place under a tree, next to greens. Nice showers and toilet. Don't forget to ask for the pin code if you want to use the gym. Close to restaurants, groceries and cinema. Lots of pet owners. No table/bench at site.
