Surprise. Very nice. Clean. Spaces level. Owner very helpful. If you need wifi he will place you where you get best signal. Some dead trees but more live than dead. Very nice clean place. Quiet. Very suspicious of the bad reviews
No trees as seen in pictures..they are dead! Potholes and dusty gravel roads. Had rained a lot and dog and/or human waste visable. Very nasty.
All gravel, no grass just sickly weeds, trees half dead. Location okay near town, staff friendly. Didn't use any facilities.
Very clean park with level sites, easy in and out. Owner and staff very friendly and accommodating. Sites are close and try as they may grass is scant. They have planted many flowers to make up for the lack of green grass.
This place turned out to be really nice despite the reviews. The showers were clean, they are pay showers but I don't mind paying for a nice clean working shower. The spaces are level... Only took us about 10-15 minutes to set up everything with our 5th wheel. The laundry room was awesome! Plenty of washers including two large load washers and plenty of dryers. Large folding tables, change machine, soap and dryer sheet dispensers as well. The owners were also nice enough to move us closer to family who were also staying in the park. The only downfall was you shared a grassy area with your neighbors... So pray you get decent neighbors since you face each other... It was kind of odd.
